Auf dem Katra Ahluwalia Markt lassen wir Sie 3-4 fantastische vegetarische Köstlichkeiten wie Jalebi, Aaloo Tikki, Gol Gappe und Amritsari Kulcha probieren.
Dann fahren wir mit einem Tuk Tuk zu einem anderen Ort, wo wir ein Gericht aus Paneer (Hüttenkäse) mit einigen erstaunlichen Masalas und einer Tasse Masala Chai genießen werden.
Hier besuchen wir einen lokalen Lebensmittelmarkt und verschiedene Imbisslokale, um die lokale Küche kennenzulernen. Wir werden einige Gerichte aus SOJA anbieten, die Ihnen ein echtes Fleischgefühl vermitteln. Dann werden wir ein lokales EIS aus MILCH haben.
Dann besuchen wir den angesagtesten Basar von Amritsar. Hier werden wir lokale Süßigkeiten (aus Mangomark) und einige andere lokale Gerichte aus Puffreis usw. probieren.
Nicht-vegetarisch (optional) Hier können Sie Amritsari-Fisch und Hühnchen probieren. Dies ist definitiv ein Weg in den Himmel für Nicht-Gemüse-Liebhaber

It was a great way of eating food from stall holders that we otherwise would have stayed clear of. Informative and knowledgeable. Only thing is that it all had cheese in it, apart from the very last stop.

A good introduction of the street foods in Amritsar, although having some stories behind the foods would make them more memorable. All vegetarian dishes only as it's within the golden temple area. It will definitely get you full y the end of the tour. As I'm not a big eater, I feel bad about not finishing some dishes though.
