Folgen Sie dem Reitweg in das Knockreer Estate nördlich von Lough Lein und genießen Sie die Essenz des Killarney National Park. Die Ställe sind das ganze Jahr über für die 3-stündige Fahrt ab 8 Uhr täglich geöffnet und bieten drei Stunden lang Hacking, Trekking und Trail Riding in den Killarney National Park. Die Fahrer werden gebeten, mindestens 30 Minuten vor der Startzeit im Stall zu sein. Der Park wurde 1981 zum UNESCO-Biosphärenreservat erklärt und ist Teil eines besonderen Schutzgebiets. Ihr Weg führt Sie am Lough Lein vorbei, dem größten der drei Seen in Killarney, und durch Gebiete von atemberaubender natürlicher Schönheit. Erwarten Sie eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die hohen Berge und die sanften Hügel einzigartiges Ökosystem mit zahlreichen Arten von Fauna und Flora. Alle Gruppen werden geführt und alle Erfahrungsstufen berücksichtigt. Für Kunden, die nicht ausgerüstet sind, können wir Reithüte und Stiefel anbieten.

- Um jedem Reiter das am besten geeignete Pferd zur Verfügung zu stellen, werden die Reiter nach Gewicht, Größe und Reiterfahrung gefragt: Anfänger, Fortgeschrittene (10 Jahre plus reguläres Reiten) oder erfahrene (15 Jahre plus reguläres Reiten).
- Es gibt eine maximale Gewichtsbegrenzung von 20 Stein/280lbs/127kgs.
- Alle Teilnehmer müssen in der Lage sein, ein Pferd relativ einfach zu montieren und dürfen keine gesundheitlichen Beschwerden haben, die beim Reiten eines Pferdes beeinträchtigt werden könnten.

Even though we had a very rainy morning, our 3 hour ride with Freya on Cracker and Dillon was spectacular. We saw hundreds of deer, including many fawns and stags, and wound our way through Killarney park. It is a top memory of our trip to Killarney. 10/10 Highly recommend!!
It was wonderful well organised! To be one with nature. Nothing will happen unexpected, de guides are vere helpfull and friendly.
We took the three hour ride and it had spectacular views and plenty of time in the park. My wife who had not great experiences on horses before had a great time. Horses were excellent. The team at Killarney Stables were so nice and very engaging. Annie was our lead and she was excellent fully engaged and fun to hang out with for the ride.
10000/10 recommend if you are in Killarney and are a horse lover. I saw ages and skill sets of all levels, and the guides were fantastic. I was able to book a longer more advanced ride and Emma was amazing when I asked if we could move up a bit more. Loved literally every minute of my ride. When I come back I’ll be riding again.

I had such a great time on this ride. I showed horses competitively for the majority of my life, so I always brace myself for group rides being painfully boring for me, but they (brilliantly) split advanced riders off into a separate group, so I had an experience that was my speed (no pun intended). And the views were of course beautiful, as they are in all of Ireland :) One thing to note: plan how you’ll get there ahead of time. Killarney’s city center is very small and walkable but the stable is of course a couple miles outside town, so it was my first time attempting to find a ride and I had underestimated just how limited the transportation options are in Killarney (none of the taxi or ride-share apps that operate in Ireland had ANY available drivers and there were no taxis near my hotel—I was fortunate enough that the stable employs awesome people who were willing to move my horseback ride to a later time when I wasn’t able to make it for my originally scheduled time).
Our guides were three lovely young girls! Very knowledgeable and so thoughtful in their help. It is a beautiful experience and one that will always be a fond memory. I suggest an early morning ride to enjoy the park as it awakens.
Clean and beautiful stable, great team, perfect horses. Felt very save, was a great and lovely experience. Would book again. 3h might be a bit long, 2h or 1h also available.
I loved the park and riding through it on horse back was awesome. But when you pay for 3 hours and you get 2 that's not right. I didn't realize the time till I got back to my hotel. Still waiting to see if I will be refunded.
