Diese Tour beinhaltet Robben Island, den Eintritt zum Tafelberg und den Hin- und Rücktransfer von Ihrer Unterkunft in Kapstadt, um eine stressfreie Reise zu gewährleisten. An der unteren Seilbahnstation werden wir uns in eine Warteschlange von Touristen einreihen, um die fünfminütige Fahrt mit der Seilbahn zum Gipfel des Tafelbergs, 1.067 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel, zu unternehmen und den Gipfel zu erkunden. Dort finden Sie ein Selbstbedienungsrestaurant, das Tafelberg-Café, das eine Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, Snacks, Desserts und Weinen anbietet. Der Tafelberg ist ein großartiger Ort, um zu sitzen und die beeindruckende 360-Grad-Aussicht auf Kapstadt, die Tafelbucht, die nahe gelegenen Gipfel der umliegenden Berge und den Rest des Tafelberg-Nationalparks zu genießen, in dem sich die Seilbahn befindet. Oben angekommen gibt es 3 Trails, die Sie mit dem Guide wählen können: DASSIE-WANDERUNG (15 Min.) AGAMA-WANDERUNG (30 min) KLIPSPRINGERWANDERUNG (45 min)
Die Fähren fahren vom Nelson Mandela Gateway an der V&A Waterfront ab. (Bitte beachten Sie, dass unser Reiseleiter Sie nicht auf der Tour durch das Robben Island Museum begleitet.) Sie steigen in Murray's Bay Harbor an der Ostküste der Insel aus und machen einen kurzen Spaziergang zu Bussen, die Sie und eine Gruppe von Menschen zu allen historischen Stätten rund um die Insel bringen. Auf dem Weg zu den Bussen kommen Sie an Gebäuden und einer hohen Mauer vorbei, die in den 1960er Jahren von Häftlingen errichtet wurde. Die Gefängnisführung wird von einem Reiseleiter von Robben Island durchgeführt. Sie sind mit der vielschichtigen 500-jährigen Geschichte der Insel bestens vertraut und sachkundig. Die Tourroute umfasst den Friedhof von Menschen, die an Lepra gestorben sind, den Kalksteinbruch, das Haus von Robert Sobukwe, den Bluestone-Steinbruch, die Armee- und Marinebunker und das Hochsicherheitsgefängnis, in dem Tausende von südafrikanischen Freiheitskämpfern jahrelang inhaftiert waren. Die Tour endet mit einer Besichtigung von Nelson Mandelas Zelle.

Amazing… pure history and to be shown around by one of the previous inmates was incredible. Always try and get the 9am boat to robben island. We were lucky and got the only boat of the day. The crossing can be choppy and if it’s too bad all will be cancelled Table mountain was breathtaking. Our guide Chris was excellent

Coordinating with driver, and port operations made for a missed departure and having to buy new tickets for a later time lead to a long day and frustrating experience

After carefully investigating the situation, and looking at the evidence provided by our driver/guide and the emails sent to you. You were given a pick up time and received your tickets 21 days before your tour. The driver/guide contacted you the day before your tour, to reconfirm a pick up time of 8:00am. On the day of the tour, We see on his call log he was there at 7:45am and tried to contact you, he even sent you a Whatsapp image of how he looks and where he was standing waiting for you. You called him back at 8:07am stating you were late. At 8:29am Our pick up driver tried to contact you 6 times. The Ferry to Robben Island left at 9:00. You met him after 9:00. Could you let us know from our side what We could of done differently?
Thought it was a group tour and was happy that it was another personal tour. ‘Said’ our driver and guide Was delightful and pleasant and made Our experience one too remember.

Thought this would be with a group pick up but surprised when we ended up with our own personal driver for the day. Escorted us through to the Robben Island tour which was excellent and then transported us to Table Mountain. Great day and made Very easy by Said our driver.
