Bitte stellen Sie bei der Buchung sicher, dass Sie den Namen des Kreuzfahrtschiffes angeben, auf dem Sie ankommen werden. Wir erwarten, dass wir Sie an diesem Dock abholen. Wir müssen im Voraus wissen, wo wir Sie abholen können, da wir nur Vertreter zur Verfügung haben, um uns an den Docks zu treffen, an denen wir Gäste haben. Täglich sind mehrere Schiffe im Hafen. Dies sind wichtige Informationen für den Tag Ihrer Tour. Kreuzfahrtschiff Abholung Anweisungen : • Wir holen direkt von IHREM Kreuzfahrtschiff Dock in Juneau ab. Kein Grund, in die Stadt zu laufen (oder einen Shuttle zu nehmen)! • Der lokale Vertreter für Ihre Tour trägt leuchtend orange und trägt eine orange Flagge mit einem grünen "Juneau Lighthouse Tours" Schild. • Treffen Sie sich auf der Hauptpromenade / Bürgersteig vor Ihrem Schiff am Dock. • GEHEN SIE NICHT ZUR STRASSENBAHN - bleiben Sie an Ihrem Schiffssteg. • Meetingzeit ist 15 Minuten VOR Ihrer Tour Abfahrtszeit. Wenn Sie Ihren Vertreter nicht finden können, bleiben Sie dran und rufen Sie unser DISPATCH/TRANSPORT-Personal an. Alle Änderungen an Ihrem Abholort müssen mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus bearbeitet werden und der Reiseanbieter muss kontaktiert werden. Wenn Sie NICHT auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff ankommen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte direkt für Optionen. Gerne stellen wir Ihnen Einzelheiten zu einer Abholung im Alaskan State Museum zur Verfügung oder bieten Anweisungen zum Treffen direkt an unserem Dock (Statter Harbor). Incredible all around. Beautiful boat, excellent captain and guides, a variety of scenery including the lighthouse, glaciers, and wildlife—especially whales. I definitely recommend this tour.

What an amazing time we had! We got to see seals and about 20 whales! It was soooo fun to watch!!

What an incredible tour this was! On our way to the dock, our bus driver stopped off briefly at the Mendenhall Glacier, which was a stunning preview of what we had in store. After a short, scenic drive, we met our captains Dalton and Dale and boarded our tour boat, which was brand new, sparkling clean, and very smooth. Our first stop was Sentinel Island where we visited the Sentinel Lighthouse. This is a beautiful island with a well maintained lighthouse and a small museum. Once we reboarded the ship, we were provided with a snack. Along the way, Dale provided us with great information about the land features such as the Herbert Glacier. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The highlight of the tour were the 18 humpback whales we saw-including a 7 month old calf! Dale knew the names of all of the whales, as well as their life histories and their migratory routes! At the conclusion of the tour, Dale provided us with a link to the amazing photos that he and Dalton took throughout the day. I highly recommend this tour and I’m so glad we booked it!

We had an excellent tour. The whales were bubble feeding. The captain and crew made sure we were in an excellent area to see the whales surface. They were very knowledgeable, even knowing many of the whales by name.

We had a wonderful time and saw many whales which just made our day! Steven, Tess, Chris did an excellent job of explaining and talking about the whales. Well worth the money we paid. I’d recommend them for sure. So wonderful to have as tour guides and our Bus driver Garrett was equally as informative.

An awesome whale watching tour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Tourin on a smaller vessel slows for a more intimate experience, and better viewing! You can book directly through the tour company or through Viator, instead of the cruise line to save some money. The best whale watch I have ever been on ...and I have been on many!

This was an amazing experience that was truly a highlight of my cruise. From the beginning getting on the shuttle to getting on the the tour was easy and seemless. Saw some amazing views and wildlife.

From start to finish, the staff made the experience feel truly special—very helpful and knowledge. Their excitement was just like the guests. We started out with a beautiful lighthouse tour. We were lucky enough to spot so many whales and see baby humpback whale "Goose" launching out of the water in a series of repeated breaches. The boat itself was brand-new and very comfortable.
