Jet-Ski-Erlebnis vom Kendwa Beach

Watch out for these crooks! They rented me two scooters for about 30€ each for 15 minutes: one, yellow, was already damaged (left rear corner with waterproof sticker), and I had noticed it but I did not make any observations. When I came back they accused me of damaging it, they threatened me physically, both to me and to my son and demanded payment for the damage which, of course, was non-existent because it was not my charge and had progressed. After about an hour of discussion, with heavy modalities, (they physically detained us), they 'blackmailed' us letting us go against payment of what we had next, that is about 75€. Nobody intervened, despite the fact that it was 12 noon in the morning, and two people who intervened were threatened: the mechanic of the jet ski shed and a guard private of a beach. When I returned to Italy I filed a complaint both at the Tanzanian embassy and at the consul in Zanzibar. If only I had met a group of Italians I had already met the night before, about 20, the story would have gone differently, because 7 energumeni against two people, and with me fearing for our safety, it was too heavy to suffer. Rest assured, this videnda will go around the world and the major Tour Operators. 75€ will cost you a lot: THUGS!

Poor communication, did not arrive on time. The jets are actually expensive, almost a $100 pee person. If you are staying at an all inclusive hotel, rather opt to use those services for jet ski's.

We booked two jetski‘s with Said for a whole hour. It was a great experience all around! Said was very helpful and took his time to find a perfect timeslot for us and even offered us some drone footage for free afterwards.

Great new, powerful jet skis. For me and 3 kids, we rented 2 jet skis for 15 minutes instead of one for 30 minutes. Great for their first experience on such equipment. Me and my oldest daughter (14yr) were drivers, the younger kids were passengers. Jets are easy to operate and we felt very safe all time. Rescue vests and deadman’s wire were of course included. After clear instructions, my 14yr daughter very quickly managed to operate the jet and even went to full speed (68kmph as the jets are still new). I can certainly recommend this company - just contact Said.

I only have one word to say AMAZING! Jet ski is on top! The place is beautiful especially at the end of the day with sunset. Staff always smiling, kind and on top! We highly recommend.

Jetski at the top! What a pleasure to go jetskiing in such a magnificent setting! And Said is a very good guide who knows the island very well. Very kind and very smiling, what a pleasure to have had him as an instructor! He always gives good advice. To put it simply, it’s the best place to go jet skiing in Zanzibar! The jet skis are very clean and well maintained, I recommend them!
