James was great. He was personable and very patient. The guide at the national forest was informative and passionate about the eco system. Bring a suit and towels and def swim in the cave.
Thank you for rating and comment.
An outstanding experience! Our guide was incredible and possessed deep knowledge of the jungle and the local wildlife. Beyond the animals, we gained fascinating insights into the local culture, which made the trip feel very authentic. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a meaningful and educational adventure. 100% recommended!

It was a wonderful day with Hassan and our driver Junos. They were very friendly and Hassan answered in very good German every question we asked. Junos drove very safely. Thanks to them both. 😀
Danke
There are animals to see at the entrance of a large forest, but we only saw the red colobus monkeys living here, which is already important. We saw the colobus monkeys coming out of the jungle and going in front of them with the guidance of the guide, when the sun goes out and there's no heat, they go down to the grounds and eat fruit and leaves, and they don't run away in the habit that they are so close to people. We went to the jungle for some days in February and there was rain when it stopped, Recommendation especially for kids to bring along pants or teeth-style long pieces and be sure to have some sun cream and fluff.
Thank you
What I most liked about this tour was amenable the driver and guide were. My husband was supposed to join me, but he did feel well the day of the excursion, so I went alone. I had already spent plenty of time at the beach, so I asked the guide to omit that part of the tour. Later in the day, I decided to eat at The Rock Restaurant even though we hadn’t made a reservation. No matter what changes I made to the schedule, the guide accepted my requests in an effort to ensure a great day. The Jozani Forest was lovely, and quickly recognizing my interest in nature, the guide pointed out as many animals and plants as he could find. At one point he spotted a tiny frog no bigger than my fingernail. Kuza Cave was especially fantastic, especially since I had it all to myself for quite some time. Overall, the day was interesting and a pleasant break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
Impressive forest Have seen many monkeys in the forest Too bad the tide was low in Paje Have tasted delicious lobsters in Paje for 25 € per person
Merci
James was great, and he had a lot of insight on the local culture and people. He let me know all of the options that I had at each different place. Each location was wonderful, and I had a fun time at each one.

Day full of emotions and expectations. Close encounter with the blue monkeys immediately, just entered the Jozani Forest. Sighting of some specimens of red monkeys (almost "luck stroke" for their shyness according to the local guide). Feeling of silence / peace / relaxation in the mangrove area where at low tide you can also observe crabs. The tour continues with a visit to Kuza Cave where as per local tradition you should emerge into the waters of the spring. "Swimming takes away all pain... too bad the protruding rocks that could cause new pain on knees and elbows. The water is fresh. Surprising that it is drinkable. Fascinating limestone concretions both from the ceiling and the walls. Almost surreal atmospheres thanks to the lights during the swim. Quick jump to see The Rock restaurant. We had not booked lunch, but it was also 11.30. The tour ends at Paje beach - beautiful white beach that even at low tide gives you a sense of infinity, peace and relaxation. Used a lot for kate-surfing. On the waterfront for pretentious bars, restaurants and spas for all tastes (in almost all accept electronic payments). The local guide has provided us with a lot of useful information for customs, customs, traditions of the people of Zanzibar.
