Agra ist wegen seiner vielen Mogul-Ära ein bedeutendes Touristenziel, vor allem der Tāj Mahal, das Agra Fort und Fatehpūr Sikrī, die alle zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehören. Agra ist eine Stadt im nordindischen Bundesstaat Uttar Pradesh. Hier befindet sich das ikonische Taj Mahal, ein Mausoleum, das für die Frau des Mughal-Herrschers Shah Jahan, Mumtaz Mahal (der 1631 bei der Geburt starb) errichtet wurde. Das imposante Hauptgebäude verfügt über eine massive Kuppel und einen aufwendig geschnitzten weißen Marmor, der mit Edelsteinen besetzt ist. Dieser befindet sich hinter einem reflektierenden Pool in einem von 4 Minaretten definierten Innenhof.

Nach dem Frühstück Morgens (je nach Uhrzeit) Der Fahrer empfängt Sie von Jaipur und fährt in Richtung Agra. Jaipur / Agra 250 km - 4,5 Stunden Fahrt
Bei der Ankunft in Agra, auf dem Weg zu dem magischen Reiz des Taj Mahal, werden Sie nicht viel darüber sagen, da Worte seine Schönheit nicht rechtfertigen können. Sie müssen es selbst sehen.
Nachdem Sie die Schönheit von Taj Mahal gesehen haben, bringt Sie der Fahrer zu dem anderen spektakulären Ort von Agra… Fahrt zum Agra Fort (Rotes Fort): - Dieses massive Fort aus rotem Sandstein erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 94 Morgen und liegt parallel zum Yamuna River und 2 Kilometer nordwestlich des Taj Mahal. Das Agra Fort (Rotes Fort) wurde ursprünglich von Sikarwar Rajputs besetzt und später von den Lodi-Herrschern von Delhi erobert. 1526, nach der Niederlage der Lodi in der Schlacht von Panipat, übernahm der siegreiche Kaiser Babur die Festung. Nachdem die Festung kurz an die Suri-Machthaber verloren worden war, wurde sie schließlich von Akbar zurückerobert, der Agra zu seiner Hauptstadt machte.
Anschließend bringt Sie der Fahrer zum Mehtab Bagh, dem besten Ort, um das Taj zu besichtigen. Und dann können Sie Ihr Mittagessen nach Ihrer Wahl des Restaurants haben. Wir schlagen Ihnen sicherlich vor, wo Sie essen können, wenn Sie möchten (ansonsten fahren Sie mit anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten fort).
Am Abend werden wir in Richtung Jaipur bewegen - Agra / Jaipur 250 km - 4,5 Stunden Fahrt Auf dem Weg nach Jaipur Stop → Fahrer besuchen Sie Fatehpur Sikri, ein UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe.
Und dann werden Sie zum Besuch der anderen Stätte des Kulturerbes, d. H. Abhaneri Step Well, gebracht. Anschließend Weiterfahrt nach Jaipur.
Nach der Ankunft in Jaipur und mit vielen guten Erinnerungen an den Reiseleiter werden Sie an Ihrem Designated Place in Jaipur abgesetzt.

Finally took time to checkout one of my bucket list spots Taj Mahal. My stay in India was short, and this one day trip worked out very well and SO grateful to have found the Rajasthan discovery who made it happen. But a big heads-up on time, be extremely watchful as it's a lot of things packed within a day, I doubt if anyone has managed to cover all the places listed in tour package( we skipped Mehatb bagh, Agra Fort). Taj Mahal itself is such a beauty that you wouldn't want to compromise on your time in there. Planning to visit early is best thing to avoid crowds and also booking tickets online will beat all the hassle free entry. Unfortunately that day due to some foreign minister visit, Taj wasn’t open until late afternoon. My visit was little rushed and super crowded, the tour guide was extremely helpful. Tip: If you are indian citizen, request to book your ticket on make my trip prior to getting there and be on time to enter.Due to tight itinerary/time constraint we had to leave out Agra fort and Mehtab bagh. Stop by at a souvenir shop only if you want something else it might get very late to head back to Jaipur. Note: you only get tour guide for major spots with this package- Fateh sikri and Taj and rest on your own! Abdul was nice and easy to reach on whats app. Gave recommendations for hotels and places to visit. Very punctual and respectful! Ayan was our driver and he was extremely warm, welcoming and took care of us greatly,while ensuring utmost safety(amazing driving skills). He arrived earlier than our pick up time, gave tips when dropped off us at each stop. He was attentive and respectful. We recommend Rajasthan discovery for any services within or outside Jaipur

We recently toured with Rajasthan discovery for a day trip to Agra and had a great experience. A big warning be extremely watchful of the time as it's a lot of things to pack within a day. Taj Mahal in itself is such a beauty that you wouldn't want to compromise on your time in there. I would suggest to save in time by leaving early and grabbing a very quick lunch. It's a pretty tight itinerary and we had to leave out a few things since Taj Mahal was the main highlight for us. Stop by at a souvenir shop only if you want something else it might get difficult to head back to Jaipur. Ayan was our driver and he was extremely warm, welcoming and took care of us greatly while ensuring utmost safety.
