Bus without Air conditioning isn’t a great start, but the driver who also apparently thinks he is a rally driver is already hinting for a tip 😅🥵🥵

This not a party boat this is a family boat with free drinks the vibe was far from party maybe last leg back to shore with shoutouts was as lively as it got. Food was terrible dry hamburgers were offered in lieu of awful buffet after we complained. The food was coleslaw,watery spaghetti, awful bbq chicken and watery mashed potatoes. Hard hotdogs as well. Everyone asks for a tip . Excursion already way overpriced. Not worth it would never recommend or go again.
The tour is a party boat, however, you arrive late for checking and your assigned boat left. You boarded the last boat which had the most families We'll take note on the food, however, we haven't got complaints regarding those items you mentioned

Plan to pack lightly. Be prepared to follow a schedule. Carry a mix of pesos and cash to shop and beach umbrella and seating.

Isla Mujeres speaks for itself. It is always beautiful and such a wonderful experience. This specific catamaran was mediocre at best from the watered down drinks whether alcoholic or not, terrible buffet lunch with nasty beach area, to the bucket they were having everyone rinse their feet or shoes off in without changing the water, and you had to be 12 to snorkel!! Other catamarans had a hose with running water to wash everyone’s feet/legs/shoes and allowed all ages to snorkel. We have been on other catamarans with a much better experience. Disappointing!
There is no water in the catamaran, therefore the drinks can't be "watered down" if you wanted more alcohol you could have just asked for more If you didn't like the mexican food or the beach at the Island we understand The water never touched more than one person at a time, the guides used the bucket to fill it up and throw the water onto their feet. Allowing all ages to snorkel is unresponsable and not safe, there is a reason for the rules We hope you find the option that suits best your expectations
Pool side staff was excellent! Carlos was very attentive and funny! Great connection with him! He kept the drinks coming and worked hard to keep us well hydrated!

Great views on the ride to the island & back. Everyone is nice & communicates directions well. Make sure you do this on a day that you have the energy for a long day.

This trip was cancelled due to high winds and the dock being closed for safety. Nowhere in the booking did it say this was a possibility. The tour operator also said they'd issue a refund $198US but has still not done so. They should have been up front about the possibility of cancellation a d refunded IMMEDIATELY. Do not book.

Fantastic value for money, really friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing trip. The saxophone player made everything so much more magical! Unlimited drinks and lunch included with a stop to swim in the sea and 2 stops on the island. This was our favourite day of our trip, thank you everyone!

This was Amazing! The water so clear and beautiful, making our snorkeling experience even that much better. Music, food and ambiance was Great! All employees were super friendly and humble. Definitely recommended. Just an FYI- This is an all-day event; Got picked up at 10:30am and dropped off at 730pm. Enjoy!
