Jeff is an amazing tour guide who thought of everything to make our full- day tour memorable: mini umbrellas to protect us from heat, a welcome gift, water, snacks, a walking pace suitable to our needs, and convenient pickup from and to our hotel lobby. Jeff speaks very good English, is a great conversationalist, is very polite, and is very knowledgeable about the history of Incheon and all the tour sights. When Jeff received an unexpected notification requiring a change in itinerary due to extreme heat, he quickly pivoted to arrange a different attraction involving a boat ride along the Central Park area. That was a very pleasant surprise.

Excellent tour guy (Jeff Lee) extremely flexible, knowledgeable. Great overview of the area and sites. I asked to see kdrama sites which I saw plenty -hotel Del Luna and The King Eternal Monarch (Paradise city hotel) Descendants of the Sun (Wolmido Island), to name a few. The Buddhist temple was definitely worth seeing. The entire tour was interesting. We also went to markets but we decided to est in really delicious local folks BBQ place. The food was delicious. Jeff was easy going and he asked if I wanted to go to market and geared everything to what I wanted to do. I’ve traveled a lot and have taken many Viator and Klook tour in six Asia countries this is a fantastic tour and guide.

Jeff went above and beyond to give us an incredible experience in Incheon! Jeff was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history. He showed us popular spots with locals but also explored the history of the city. We covered everything from vibrant markets, to coastal views, and a temple — without ever feeling rushed. The itinerary was well-balanced, the transportation smooth with pick up and drop off from our Incheon accommodation. Incheon is a hidden gem and should be explored as much as Seoul and Busan — highly recommend this tour and we will be back!

Excellent tour. Jeff, the tour guide, has lived his whole life in Incheon, so he knows the really good places to visit… old town, new town, Chinatown, the waterfront area/monorail, Central Park, and much more.

We had the best day. Jeff Lee was wonderful. He came up with an itinerary, which he was happy to change because of my ability to walk any distance. We saw so much of Incheon, the old, the new, the long bridge, Central Park, where we did a cruise. We went to the observatory where we not only saw the towns laid out before us but an amazing light show. Our final stop was Euwrangni Beach, where he had to navigate horrendous traffic. I would certainly recommend it.

Jeffery was excellent. Met us the hotel. Told us the plans for the day. The Korean market was an experience. Went to Chinatown, Japan street. The monorail was exceptional. The temple was an unique experience. Lots of good coffee shops. If u come to Incheon see jeffery

It was such a pleasure spending the day with you both. thank you for your curiosity and interest in Korea during the tour. @Susan, I’ll never forget your great question about Korean words —“What’s meaning of the "-ro" and "-gil"?” Honestly, that was a first for me! As I said on the tour, both are types of streets. but if I give you detail now, “-gil” is usually a smaller street, like a cozy alley, while “-ro” is more like a main road😊 I loved that moment—it reminded me why I enjoy guiding so much: getting to connect with people who are genuinely curious and I want to introduce Korea and share the culture.
