Hop-on-Hop-off-Stadtrundfahrt

Due to the Pride Parade, the tour pick-up location had changed slightly, and despite several WhatsApp messages, we still couldn't figure out where to go. To our surprise, she left her office, came all the way to find us, located us personally, escorted us to the correct bus, introduced us to her team, and made sure we were comfortably on board before leaving. We were genuinely impressed by her professionalism, initiative, and commitment to making sure everything worked out smoothly. Thank you very much for your outstanding support..it was truly appreciated.

Good overall in Helsinki. Lucille, the tour operator at the 1st stop and Henri, the driver was very nice, polite and friendly.

Very good tours in Helsinki. If you only take one, take the boat, better perspective and a slower pace.

The journey and viewing was good. The commentary was interesting but kept repeating. Sign postage could be better. Overall gave me a good overview of Helsinki.

Everything was good until one of the hop on buses took 40 minutes. The app requires 34 more letters so here they are.

Beware if you pay cash for this tour , they refused to give me my change. The tour costs €36 … (no discount for seniors either ) . !!! If you give a €50 note , they “cannot” give you change, the lady told me , the company policy is they cannot give you change . But City Red Bus Tours , Did you know, …….THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW. ………If you read the government laws of fair trading , it states that if cash is an accepted method of payment for a service , it is obligatory that Cash change be given to the customer . If you do not have any change , it means you are either very disorganised . OR. You are trying to cheat the customer , in either case , THE COMPANY IS BREAKING THE LAW. The situation very much soured my experience on the trip on the bus and I am still very annoyed about it. The lady taking my money was very rude to me about it as well , I was very shocked by her rudeness toward me. I am an older senior citizen and cannot walk very well . So I was not able to go in time to get exact change for the fare. It is also not stated on the brochure , that no change will be given to cash paying customers !!!!! I am very disappointed by this incident and feel it necessary to warn other tourists about this. I feel as if this could be a deliberate intent to rip tourists off .

There was protests in Barcelona today. The bus company should have told us when we got on the bus, but they didn’t. We were stuck on the bus with traffic everywhere for 3 hours and we didn’t see anything. It was totally waste of money and time!

It is a nice way to learn about the city and its landmarks in a warm bus during the colder temps. Our guide was fun and an exceptional driver. Very impressed.

The tour was very interesting and entertaining with breaks for photos. Unfortunately, in the cold, the windows kept running, but the nice bus driver had provided wipes to wipe the window.

Always a good way to orientate yourself with the city because it provides a good overall view. This tour was no exception. Didn't operate as a Hop-on-hop-off because they are in winter programme when it is just a guide bus tour with a couple of stops. Good tour.
