Entdecken Sie einen der abgelegensten Teile des Hardangerfjords auf einer RIB-Safari in kleiner Gruppe ab Norheimsund. Diese geführte Bootstour führt Sie in den Fyksesund, eine enge und friedliche Fjord-Zweigstelle, wo große Tourenboote nicht hinfahren können. Umgeben von steilen Bergen, Wasserfällen und ruhigem Wasser erleben Sie eine intimere Seite der Fjordlandschaft. Unterwegs erzählt Ihr lokaler Kapitän Geschichten über die Natur, Geschichte und das Fjordleben der Region. Sie fahren an dramatischen Landschaften vorbei, machen Fotos und besuchen den straßenlosen Weiler Botnen – eine historische Siedlung, die einen Einblick in das Leben in diesem abgelegenen Teil von Hardanger bietet. Der Fyksesund wechselt im Laufe des Jahres seinen Charakter. Im Frühling und nach Regenfällen fließen Wasserfälle die Berghänge hinunter. Im Winter gefrieren viele in markante Eisformationen. Diese 75-minütige RIB-Tour ist ideal für Reisende, die malerische Schönheit, lokales Geschichtenerzählen und eine aufregende Bootsfahrt ohne Menschenmassen zu jeder Jahreszeit kombinieren möchten.

Der Samlafjord ist ein breiterer Abschnitt des Hardangerfjords mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge und kleinen Dörfer entlang des Fjords.
Kvamsøy hat eine Wetterstation des Meteorologischen Instituts, die viermal täglich Wetterdaten an die ganze Welt sendet, eine sogenannte synoptische Station. Die Wetterstation befindet sich in Austerhaugen. Auf diesem Hügel befindet sich auch ein kleines Leuchtfeuer, das noch in Betrieb ist. Sowohl auf Kvamsøy als auch auf Tjuvholmen gibt es mehrere Grabhügel, und zwischen anderen Teilen einer Bronzaxt wurden Busentdeckungen sowohl aus der Bronzezeit als auch aus der Eisenzeit gemacht.
Die erste Hängebrücke über den Hardangerfjord, die 1937 eröffnet wurde.
Der Fyksesund-Fjordarm ist 11 km lang und hat den schmalsten Teil des gesamten Hardangerfjords. Dies ist ein wunderschöner Fjordarm auf halbem Weg durch den Hardangerfjord, der schöne steile Berghänge und viele kleine Wasserfälle hat.
Am Ende des Fyksesundfjords liegt das alte Dorf Botnen. Ein historisches Dorf und eine atemberaubende Natur.

Huge fun experience! Proft conducted by a nice guide. Lots of good speed and some guidance along the way. Pass large boat with 12 passengers.

Definitely worth it. We had an amazing experience and had a chance to go super fast through wakes on the fjord. Really fun. Our guide was very nice and shared info about the fjord. It was really scenic and beautiful to see fyksesund this way - an otherwise inaccessible area of hardangerfjord.

Fantastic trip with friendly guide, who gave information about the area and also drove the boat just right, fast enough to give us a thrill but feeling totally safe. We came off the boat grinning. Was a bit worried it wouldn’t be worth the bus ride from Bergen, but the bus ride was easy and comfortable and the tour perfectly timed to fit around the bus schedule. Was also worried it wouldn’t be too cold in February, but the kit supplied kept us super warm.

Travelled by bus from Bergen in a very snowy Norway. Our Rib safari was fantastic, fresh, cold but utterly stunning and our guide was great and very knowledgeable about the small towns we visited. One of the reasons we booked was to get up close with the waterfalls when we got to them they were completely frozen! Which was even more spectacular than could have imagined. We lucked out with the weather, flat calm in the small fjord branches, breathtaking! thanks so much for out trip and thanks to our guide!
