Lernen Sie die vietnamesische Kultur bei einem Kochkurs in der Altstadt kennen. Dieses praktische Erlebnis beginnt mit einem Ausflug zum lokalen Markt, um frische Zutaten zu kaufen. Anschließend geht es in die Küche, wo Sie vier klassische vietnamesische Gerichte (gebratene Frühlingsrollen, Papayasalat, Pho-Rollen, gemischtes Pho) und eine vietnamesische Spezialität – Eierkaffee – zubereiten. Nach dem Kurs können Sie die Mahlzeit mit all den köstlichen Gerichten genießen, die Sie gerade zubereitet haben. Fun experience to walk through a typical local market to buy some local ingredients. Food experience was great. Ruby, our host and guide, took the time to explain traditional foods and local versions of the food we were preparing. She was patient and answered the constant questions from our kids. Great experience and great host/guide!

We had an amazing time at the cooking class, the food was all amazing and the fruit we got from the market was great. Lucy was amazing and very knowledgeable about food, history and she was fun to be around. My partner is vegetarian and they accommodated for her very well.
We did cooking class with Lena. It was an amazing experience. She made sure to incorporate our dietary restrictions into the class and explained every step in great detail. After the cooking class we sat together and ate the food we made. Highly recommended.

We had a really great cooking class with Lena. We not only cooked and ate great, fresh dishes, but also learned a lot about Vietnam, the language, the history and the way of life here.
