Wir werden Ihnen helfen, die Zutaten für den Eierkaffeekurs vorzubereiten und zu erklären. Schritt für Schritt zeigt Ihnen unser Guide, wie es gemacht wird. Sie werden Erfahrung in der Zubereitung von Eikaffee selbst weitergeben. Genießen Sie Ihren Kaffee mit Ihren neuen Freunden in der Klasse Wir bieten den Snack (frische Frühlingsrolle) während des Unterrichts an Wir geben Ihnen Tipps zur Auswahl von Kaffee guter Qualität und passen ihn Ihrem Geschmack an.

This is a nice short activity, well presented and a bit of fun. Light snack was provided at the end.
Was a great experience, lovely young woman who taught us how to make yummy egg coffee. Spring rolls were delicious. Only 4 of us which was great. Would thoroughly recommend if you love egg coffee.

I would like to recommend Hong Hoai Egg coffee class, learned a bit about the history of egg coffee. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn and enjoy it.

We had a great experience with the egg coffee class. They explained very clearly about the origin of egg coffee, useful information. What's more special is that at the end of the class, we got to choose fried spring rolls or fresh spring rolls. It was great!
It was a very unique experience. Well informative and fun. Everything was well prepared ahead for the lesson. The instructor was patient and let us do the egg coffee at our own speed.
I would highly recommend Hoang's cooking class if you want to learn more about the Vietnamese food culture and learn to cook your favourite dishes! We also learnt how to make the egg coffee which was incredible! Big thank you to Hannah and Daisy for an amazing experience!
