Halong Bay Übernachtungskreuzfahrt All Inclusive 2 Tage

Very rushed, Probably more relaxing for 3 days not 2 days. The coach pick up nearly missed us going and on the way back got moved to an older bus not much room. Certainly not luxury on the bus. The cruise was g Very good, room lovely views . Drinks very expensive compared to the rest of Vietnam. Captive guests.

The food was not bad, but the service deserves a negative rating. Here were the issues: 1) We tried to call the restaurant but no one answered the phone. 2) When we got in the restaurant we were seated and I tried to put my tote on the adjacent table. Manny curtly said people were to sit there, when the restaurant was almost empty. He pushed a chair on the side of the table, which most people kept bumping into. 3) We had to call a waiter to take our order as no one came. He did supply water and ice however. 4) We had to request bread and butter multiple times. 5) The most disturbing was when my friend ordered duck breast, which came fatty and small. She then said she was expecting the equivalent portion size of half a duck and could she send that back and replace it. 6) The waiter curtly replied that they go to great lengths to make sure the duck is fatty---how is that for an excuse. But, then he said that could be done, but then the waitress came and said not without asking Manny. 7) So Manny arrived and said, no that can't be. Instead of replacing it with the half duck, he begrudgingly agree to take it off the bill, and my friend ate nothing that evening except a piece of table bread. 8) We had to request bread and butter multiple times. 9) Waiters and bus boys briskly went by and ignored us. 10) I finally asked to speak to Manny, but was told he was busy, though he was standing at the front of the restaurant. 11) My friend went home and ordered dinner. 12) My advice is STAY AWAY, unless you want rude or no service.

Picked up in early morning at 7am dude to our hotel located very far from town and this was informed by team before one day. We loved our experiment for kayaking, swimming and walking in cave. Food was served at high quality but soft/alcohol drinks were not included. Overall, cruise trip was excellent

Very poor communication beforehand, didn't answer calls or messages in the days leading up, Viator couldn't even get hold of them, in the end they forgot to pick me up and had to send a private car for me 1 hour late and then drove like a madman to catch the cruise. The cruise was excellent, but understand with this operator there are MANY ships they operate, so experiences may vary. I was on Aqua Luxury Cruise which seems to be a new ship in very good condition. The staff were fantastic, food was great, drinks (not included by the way) were average. The activities and excursions were OK. You realise that every other ship in the bay does basically the same itinerary of activities during the 24/hour period. Overall a deceptively short experience for '2 days' - arriving on the boat around 1pm and departing 10am the next day.

This was a fun experience but way too many boats around us from start to finish. We basically went out a couple of miles and stayed there overnight. We got to kayak and swim. Also a nice hike up TiTop island. Sot Caves were incredible! Really wanted to see more islands and sail more through the islands. Maybe a 2 night excursion does this? Our accommodations were great, staff very friendly, and food was good.

We loved the cruise! It was a perfect mix of relaxation and fun coupled with great food/views!

Excellent choice.. our friends and me stay at same boat. Cabins with balcony and nice views. Food was vegan as required even we asked at last min. So far all great

Disappointed experience. As two friends in their 30s, we were looking forward to enjoying the two day trip but soon realized that we were placed on a “senior” cruise ship which felt pretty weird. The food was inedible and the trip was ruined by a large group of Indians that were playing their own loud music, even brought their own food on the boat and did not respect night hours. At some point the electricity even switched off. The staff admitted themselves the group was under control and couldn’t do anything to keep them quiet. Very poor experience/ would not recommend this trip.
