All-Inclusive 2 Tage/1 Nacht Halong-Luxuskreuzfahrt, Mahlzeiten, Höhle, Kajakfahren, Schwimmen

A really nice experience. There were only about 34 passengers on the boat and about 26 staff members so you get a lot of personal attention. The food was very good but the tasting menu at dinner was just stellar. Happy hour that first night was so fun with a bogo drink and the drinks are only about $8 and very good. The cooking demo happens during happy hour and they show you how to make spring rolls that go perfectly with the cocktails. Very comfortable top deck with enough comfy chairs for everyone. My son and husband enjoyed the cave hiking and all 3 of us enjoyed swimming at the beach. The water is so warm. Sodas on the beach are only a couple of dollars. We didn't do the squid fishing at night. My son did the kayaking the next morning and really enjoyed it. It's a very comfortable boat and very beautiful. We had a beautiful suite for my husband and I with a huge balcony at the very back of the boat. Our son's cabin was on the side of the boat and was also beautifully appointed. Lots of polished wood and luxurious white linens. We've been on many Caribbean and Alaska cruises and this cruise was a step above. It looks like what sailing on the Queen Mary would have been like - elegant and luxurious. The staff were so lovely. Michael was our cruise director and was so friendly and nice, as was Lily and Leelee. Just a lovely and welcoming staff. They also do a very good job shepherding you from the bus to a very nice exclusive waiting area on the dock and then to the boat. And then back to the bus the next day. No stress at all. This was an excellent cruise, easily a 5 star experience, with terrific food, lovely staff and a beautiful and very comfortable boat. The excursions are also perfect. And then the views of Halong Bay just can't be beat.

What a lovely trip! From meeting to drop off everything ran smoothly, the trip was well planned for each activity, the boat and accommodation was beautiful and the food was amazing! If anything, I would say there was too much food! The staff were super accommodating to dietary requirements at short notice and everyone went out of their way to help. Special shout out to Alice, Danny, Henry and Harry for providing us with a lovely service from start to finish.

I really wanted to like this! I love boats and cruises in general and have been on quite a few variations. GOOD: The room was decent. I paid for the bigger room with balcony. Air conditioning was pretty decent. The room was pretty big considering we were on a boat. The dinner was nice enough and actually served to you. I also enjoyed the quick cooking lesson on spring rolls. The dining staff were also quite nice. BAD: Check in and departure were so chaotic. On check in - we were outside in 30 degrees plus for around 45 mins, before going into a small tenfer boat that was very squashed and nearly a 30 min tender journey - with no ore explanation of how long it would be. The lunch was very bad and buffet etiquette by some other group passengers was very bad and not well managed by staff. Breakfast was a similar chaotic experience. Much of the boat was quite dated - there was a big cigarette burn on our outside chair on the balcony etc. I didn't actually expect 5 stars like described - however it was pretty far below. Return from the boat was a similar uncomfortable experience. If you're looking for relaxing - this is not it. So much so we didn't do any of the extra curricular activities such as kayaking - as we took the boarding and lunch as a sign of how chaotic it was going to be. I purposely booked a more expensive option than other alternatives, as we wanted a more relaxing time. That being said - Ha Long Bay is nice and worth seeing. But manage your expectations on what this will be.

It's such an amazing experience going on that cruise. It's so peaceful. The tour guide, Cong, was the best tour guide ever so ask for this tour guide. He was so funny and made this a whole different experience. What I have to flag is that the viator website itself needs to update the location of this cruise as it's not in Tuan Chau island. Because of the departure location we booked a hotel in Tuan Chau instead of international cruise port and we had to take a taxi.They said to me that this will be updated on the website and it never. so be careful with the website and not the cruise itself.

Had a lovely stay at the boat. Food was good and staff was lovely. Boat does not look like the pictures, however did not bother me. Loved the quietness of the bay.

This cruise was phenomenal! The service was extraordinary. The staff were very attentive, competent and very friendly. Daniel was an excellent tour guide and Jenny and Lily were so friendly and attentive in the dining room. The ship was clean and our room was very comfortable. We would do this tour again in a heartbeat. I wish they offered a longer cruise, we would have done it! Thank you!

We could not have had a better trip to Ha Long Bay and I would advise everyone to take the 2 night option! We have just had the best trip! From start to finish, the boat, the sights and the staff were all memorable. Our main guide, Daniell was just the best. He was so knowledgeable about our destinations and spoke about everything with both pride and enthusiasm. The food onboard was excellent with so much variety that there was something for everyone. Be aware, that with the two day option, you leave the main boat for your full day out. This concerned me a little, but our day trip boat was well appointed. They had toilets and showers onboard, lots of places to relax in sun or shade and air conditioned lounges if you wanted a break from the heat. Our day trip guide was equally good. Ha Long Bay has many, many boats, but only on the 2 day trip do you get to go into zone three, were you will feel like your group is the only one there, in an unspoilt paradise. All of the little trips ashore were great and the scenery is stunning. We also enjoyed the squid fishing at night. The only downside is that the trip still isn’t long enough. If there was a four day option, we would take that. An excellent trip!

It was a nice experience but unfortunately the photos of the room are nothing like in reality. In general a nice experience.

A full-day experience in Hạ Long Bay. It had everything. A bus ride to reach the port. A cruise through the bay among the small islands. Kayaking in caves. A stop at an island where you can hike to the top and enjoy the view from above. Swimming at the island’s beach. A good lunch. A jacuzzi on the upper deck. Beautiful sights along the way. A very good package for those who don’t have much time, as it offers a bit of everything.
