Markus was a great guide....
Markus was a great guide. The van is super clean and modern and comfy. They also provide water which is nice. My only suggestion would be to spend less time at the stops prior to Hallstatt. There is not enough time to do the salt mines and it would have probably been nicer to just go straight to Hallstatt and have 5-6 hours of free time.

Perfect day in Hallstatt and the small towns of Austria.
Wonderful experience!
Picked up right on time at location.
Many stops along the way to Hallstatt. Plenty of opportunities for bathroom breaks.
Each location was wonderful!
Had plenty of time to explore Hallstatt, even after the tour.
Special thanks to Peter for sharing some great information and background on each stop and for making our tour wonderful!

Incredible views!
Worth the time for the outstanding views. Excellent way to see the four biggest lakes in the Lake District. Excellent guide, Balazs. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Hallstatt
The drive to Hallstatt was comfortable. Our driver/guide Markus was knowledgeable and friendly. Hallstatt was truly beautiful!!!

A wonderful day in Austrian countryside!
Markus did an excellent job keeping us safe, educating us on the Austrian culture, navigating through the Austrian countryside. We had an amazing day living in the fairytale Lake District.

Halstatt Tour
Our tour guide Balazs was amazing. The stops at various lake region villages was great. Halstatt visit was phenomenal. A truly pleasurable experience.

Good tour company
The company is very good . Minivans excellent. Drivers excellent . Wifi and water in van . Overall good trip but lady guide in Hallstatt was total disaster . She rushed everything as she had to join another group . Company should have guides to help tourist till the drop point like other companies were doing .
This apart perfect five star to company.

We work with a pool of independent local guides there and have looked into this case in detail.
You received the guide’s phone number on arrival in Hallstatt with your group.
After the official walking-tour part of the visit had ended, you called the guide several times to ask for the pickup point. She could not assist at that moment because she was already with her next group.
That is not the same as rushing guests during the tour in order to leave them.
The guide you had that day is our most experienced and trusted partner in Hallstatt.
We have worked with her for nine years and have never had a problem with her.
