Very well organized trip with beautiful scenery throughout the day. Hallstatt was definitely the highlight, but Salzburg and Melk were also worth visiting. The driver was friendly, the car was comfortable, and having a private tour made the experience much more relaxed. Great option for seeing several places in one day without rushing.

I bought a tour with a Spanish speaking guide and they didn’t meet what we paid, we only had one driver who took us and brought us, but he was not a guide or a Spanish speaker. The cost of the tour was 7,500 pesos more for being with guide in Spanish and Viator did not meet what we paid.
We are very sorry but this tour only includes a driver who will take you to all the places and show you little around but is not a local tour guide/she can be added also for surcharge/, regarding spanish we only have one spanish speaker who called you in the morning that was sick and had to go to hospital, you agreed with him in spanish that we can supply an english speaker instead of cancelation and full refund. We are really sorry but we tried our best to deliver this tour with a different driver
Nice day out, scenery was beautiful, our driver was polite and very patient. Definitely worth a visit to Austrian Alps.

We had an amazing time. Dušan was a great driver in wet/ snowy conditions. He was also easy to chat with on the long ride. He went out of his way to help us find the places we wanted to visit.

an excellent trip, our Roman guide, was excellent, I recommend it, an unforgettable trip, to spend the day, lack of time to know, a comfortable vehicle, a detailed explanation and space for us when we needed it.

Beautiful cities but too long of a day and not enough time in each place. Id you only have one hour in town, you have ro choose between lunch or sightseeing. Maybe this should include two towns only, not three. Guide was late, each town was 2-3:30 hours away. Haalstaadt filled with wasps and bees, only accepts cash (not our guide’s fault, just letting you know). We got home at 10:30pm
We are sorry about your experience, but there is nothing really we can do about wasps and cash in little towns, our driver was late due to traffic for 30mins and extended the tour by 2hrs to give you more time in each city and he ended up with no tips and bad review, really unfair, the whole tour was done in style with an experienced driver and Mercedes car, maybe you should consider rating service, drivers etc not experience with wasps and towns in the future.
The drive from Vienna was long but Hallstatt was very beautiful so it was worth taking the long drive.
We booked this tour the night before as we were concerned about the weather, and Viator did not disappoint. We had a great time with Tim our tour driver who was very knowledgeable of the history of the places we visited. He explained the itinerary and made sure we got to spend ample time in each destination, while still getting us to Salzburg before sunset so we could enjoy the views. We especially liked Hallstatt and would stay longer or even stay at least 2 days if we had more vacation time. We highly recommend this itinerary.
The scenery was spectacular (even in the rain)... the "tour" itself left a lot to be desired! We paid a lot of money to have a private tour experience. What we got was a rather dingy vehicle with a broken seat and a driver who had nothing to offer to add to the "experience ". (Who also drove recklessly considering the weather conditions.) What we expected was a driver who would at least know some history or interesting tidbits of the places we visited or drove by, who could make recommendations on a bite to eat, who would ask if a rest stop was needed, point out a key place to see or take a photo, offer a bottle of water, something extra that would reflect the additional cost to make this an exclusive trip as advertised! The only real information and tour we received was in Salzburg with Liza who was exceptional. It did not leave us, however, with any time to explore the city. Needless to say we were disappointed.
We are very sorry to hear about this issue, but as we have comunnicated together on the day, we had a very high season this year after covid and had some new drivers. Unfortunatelly this driver/Dominic/ has not met our standards and we do not use him anymore. Thanks to our customer reviews we can get better and select our new drivers and guides which is very hard after covid in tourism.
