Halbtagestour zum Tigredelta mit Navigation

Beschreibung

There really is nothing special about this tour. The guide & driver are nice but the tour itself is “meh”. The boat ride is just that, nothing to see. The food market doesn’t actually sell food
Legal, incredible experience, I recommend.
Just average. We were a mixed group with English and Spanish speakers. The guide had to tell one group something and then the next group in another language so I get it. However, once we were on the boat, she provided no input regarding what we were seeing what was around us, we leaned in to hear the other guides on the boat of what they were telling their groups. All the guides sat together on the boat and that’s where our guide was. We then only had 45 minutes in the town, barely enough to grab something to eat and shop not sure I would recommend this trip, but it was definitely interesting perspective nonetheless.
Unfortunately the fruit market is just a general market and we arrived either early in the morning or on weekdays where most boots were closed.
Very friendly guide. Great walk
I booked this tour days ago. After receiving no communication I waited outside beginning at 8:30am knowing my tour began at 9am and my pickup should be before then. At 8:51am I received a message through Viator that my tour was confirmed and my pickup time was from 9:30 to 9:50. I messaged at 9:55am saying we were still waiting. I messaged again at 10:05am saying we were still waiting. Zero response. Someone showed up at 10:11am to pick us up for our 9:00am tour. We got off the bus at 2:00pm concluding a 3 hour 49 minute tour that was sold as a 5 hour tour (approximate). Under 4 hours from pick up to drop off is not approximately 5 hours. The tour itself: We visited a closed museum where we took a couple pictures outside. We went to the next stop, Puerto de Frutos, and all shops were closed except maybe 4 or 5. We were there 15 minutes. We went on the boat and went around an island in the Delta. Not recommended. Boring. I fell asleep at least 15 times on the boat. We went straight back to the hotel and did not make stops at the Museo Naval or Museo de Arte de Tigre. We were told snacks would be available on the boat, but no one was there to sell them. We were starving by the time we were dropped off at 2pm. The guide: She spoke mostly in Spanish and we signed up for an English tour. I want my money back.
Great half day tour in Buenos Aires area(40 minutes drive).Wonderful boat ride in.el delta del Tigre, very beautiful scenery, lot of Green spaces.Big market with locales stuffs was very pleasant. Our guide Alma was very welcoming, very good communication and with knowledge of the area.
Thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed the Tigre Delta tour and that Alma made it a great experience. We hope to see you again in Buenos Aires! BAires Adventures
The ride was optimal, the shuttle service was good and the boat too. The place itself is highly recommended to know. What was bad is the communication with the agency: they told us that they were about to get us up just 5 minutes in advance, without warning, when we had met at 9 o’clock the walk began and 8.20 were already going to look. Also, the visit to the art museum is just to take a photo, since you can not enter, thinking that you could for the cost of the ride. For Uruguayans $2,500 almost without any extra service. Cheers.

This was a fun day out. We were picked up at our hotel and transported to the cruise dock. The cruise itself was relaxing and enjoyable, but sometimes hard to hear the narration. We opted for inclusion of a snack, which was really good... I had empanadas. We then returned to our hotel.
Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you had a fun and relaxing day and enjoyed the cruise—and the empanadas too 😊 We appreciate your feedback about the narration and will take it into account to improve the experience. We hope to welcome you again soon! BAires Adventures
I wish I had a more positive review to share because the tour guide was wonderful - friendly and knowledgeable - but the tour itself was grim. After a miscommunication with the tour agency about pickup time (I was told 9:00 via email and the guide was told 9:30) and a 30 minute bus ride to Tigre, we boarded a boat to travel down the river. There was really so little to see or appreciate from that vantage point. We then went to Puerto Frutas for a stop over - it was beyond tacky and vulgar. Just a tourist trap with absolutely nothing interesting to recommend it. Finally we went to the Art Museum which I had hoped would be the highlight of the trip, but it was CLOSED (as it usually is apparently). That was it! Again, the tour guide was delightful, but the tour itself was a disappointment. I would avoid this one!
We’re sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations. We apologize for the pickup time confusion and will review this internally. We’re glad you enjoyed the guide — we’ll be sure to share your comments with them. The Tigre delta and Puerto de Frutos are well-known highlights for many visitors, though we understand they may not appeal to everyone. Regarding the museum closure, this can occasionally occur without prior notice, and we regret the inconvenience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. BAires Adventures
