Our warm driver/guide Adele was fluent in French and English. She and the rest of the passengers were very understanding when I misjudged the time to return from Montmorency Falls due to my son's mobility issues. We were 5 minutes late! I took the St. Lawrence Riverboat Cruise the day prior. It was nice to see the Falls close up on this tour bus and see "New Quebec" area, as well as the old.

The driver/tour guide was very informative and was very amusing and funny. The tour around town was great and the waterfalls were amazing.
Good overview of Quebec City with a knowledgeable and funny tour guide. It felt a little rushed at the end because the guide had another tour to start and our tour ran over.

Our tour guide and driver was witty and so informative. His stories both personal and historical made us giggle at times. I would highly recommend this tour. The Falls were beatiful and it helped us acclimate to Quebec City.

I would have preferred more time at Montmorency Falls. We did have a couple who was misdirected at the start which delayed our experience to only about 40 minutes at the waterfall, which was not enough to even to explore the lower part. During the city tour, guide was very informative but loud and repetitive to the point where I questioned if I was going insane seeing the same things and hearing the same info. I don't think so but maybe she was trying to make sure we heard everything. Lady we definitely heard you! Very sweet though.

You only get off the bus at the falls. Drive through Old Town was extremely informative. Peter was great kept your attention.

The tour was very thorough however, it was advertised as an hour and a half tour but was actually 3 hours. With a train to catch, it caused an element of stress. It was in an air conditioned bus and tour was mostly conducted in the bus. We were able to get out for a short time to see the falls. Our guide was very knowledgeable.
