Nachdem Sie von unserem zertifizierten Guide an Ihrem Hotel abgeholt wurden, begeben Sie sich zum Giraffenzentrum, wo Sie die vom Aussterben bedrohte Rothschild-Giraffe in einem halbwilden Zustand beobachten können. Erfahren Sie mehr über ihr Verhalten, ihre Eigenschaften und ihre Naturschutzbemühungen. Weiter geht es zum Tierwaisenhaus direkt am Eingang des Nationalparks. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang durch das Zentrum, in dem die Tiere gehalten werden. Beobachten Sie sie beim Spielen in ihrem Revier, während Sie mit Ihren Kameras Fotos machen. Die Besichtigung ist nur von 11.00 bis 12.00 Uhr (täglich 1 Stunde) geöffnet. Ihr letzter Halt, bevor es zurück zu Ihrem Hotel geht, ist die Perlenfabrik von Kobe. We had a great time on our tour of the Giraffe Centre, animal orphanage and the national park. Our guide Douglas was the best!. He taught us many fun animal facts and went out of his way to make sure we had a fabulous time. Highly recommend this tour and Highly recommend Douglas.
This was an extraordinary tour! First we hiked mt.longonot with my guide Calvin and he was very patient and considerate. Going up hill was breath taking and Calvin made it seem simple until we reached the ring and went all round the rim. Extremely nice and caring guy. Boat ride on lake Naivasha was fantastic. I saw hippos amongst other bird species and it was basically relaxing. A must do another tour with caraluxe tours.

The trip was wonderful. The hike is great. I had a fantastic time hiking with Calvin my guide from caraluxe tours and safaris. We went up and then around the rim. It was a tough hike but the views were amazing and Calvin was very supportive and patient. Be a ware though_ my longonot park let you take disposable plastic bottles and so remember to carry with you reusable bottles.

Mount Longonot is a challenging but very doable hike that rewards you with incredible views that changes depending on your vantage point along the crator. It's only about an hour and half driving from Nairobi which makes it possible to do a day trip. My guide Felix was incredible as he drove very safely and even made the hiking seem easier. He knows the mountain very well and even it's Flora and fauna and is passionate on what he does.

Mount Longonot was the best part. Climbing up and walking around it was challenging and fun! The boat ride wasn't really necessary in my opinion but in overall a great experience
