Jopis Broz Tito. Ein Mann, Millionen Geschichten. Im Jahr 2000 erfuhr die Öffentlichkeit von der Existenz eines riesigen Atombunkers, eines der größten seiner Art in Europa, der im Falle eines atomaren Vorfalls als Schutz für 350 Menschen hätte dienen können. Auf dem Berg Zlatar, unweit von Konjic, befindet sich ein Objekt, das als Titos Bunker bekannt ist. Bis zur Entdeckung des wahren Zwecks, des Inneren und des imposanten Inhalts und der Größe des Untergrunds war es nur ein Haus, das, wie die Leute gerne sagen, mitten im Nirgendwo war. Vor mehr als 30 Jahren wurde dieser Atomschutzraum als Hauptkommandoposten der ehemaligen JNA errichtet. Dieses Objekt wurde vor 26 Jahren gebaut und 4,6 Milliarden US-Dollar wurden investiert. Nur vier offizielle Kommandeure wussten von der Einrichtung und den Arbeitern, die den stillen Vertrag unterschreiben mussten. In etwa 1 Autostunde erreichen Sie Konjic, eine beeindruckende Stadt in Herzegowina mit einer langen Geschichte. Sie nähern sich dem Bunker.

Titos Bunker ist ein Atombunker und militärisches Kommandozentrum aus der Zeit des Kalten Krieges in der Nähe der Stadt Konjic in Bosnien und Herzegowina. Das Gebäude wurde gebaut, um den jugoslawischen Präsidenten Josip Broz Tito und bis zu 350 Mitglieder seines inneren Kreises im Falle eines Atomkonflikts zu schützen. Es besteht aus Wohngebieten, Konferenzräumen, Büros, strategischen Planungsräumen und anderen Bereichen. Der Bunker blieb bis nach dem Zerfall Jugoslawiens in den 1990er Jahren ein Staatsgeheimnis. Tickets für den Besuch sind NICHT inbegriffen.
