Weingutbesichtigung und Weinprobe in Siena mit Nachmittagsessen. Eingebettet in die magische Atmosphäre der ländlichen Toskana, nur einen Steinwurf von der Altstadt des mittelalterlichen Siena entfernt, ist das Erlebnis eine Reise in die Geschichte, Kultur, Tradition und Wissenschaft, die jeder Flasche unseres Bio-Weins Leben einhauchen. Während der Weintour werden wir gemeinsam die Merkmale des Agrarökosystems der Weinberge und die Techniken analysieren, die zur Erhaltung und Regeneration ländlicher Ressourcen eingesetzt werden. In unserem alten Weinkeller entführen wir Sie in die faszinierende Welt der Weinherstellung und in die Geheimnisse der Herstellung von Qualitätswein. Die Tour endet in unserem Verkostungsraum, wo Sie alle organoleptischen Nuancen unserer Jung- und Jahrgangsweine kennenlernen. Jedes Glas wird mit den besten saisonalen toskanischen Produkten kombiniert, um Ihren Gaumen zu erfreuen und Ihre Seele zu nähren.

Bei einem Spaziergang durch den Weinberg analysieren wir mit einfachen und klaren Worten agronomische Techniken in Bezug auf den biologischen Kreislauf der Rebe und Techniken zur Erhaltung und Regeneration ländlicher Ressourcen.
Im Keller besprechen wir die Grundprinzipien der Qualitätsweinbereitung in allen entscheidenden Phasen des Prozesses von der Traube bis zum Wein: Entrappen und Zerkleinern, alkoholische Gärung, Mazeration, malolaktische Gärung, Abstich, Reifung und Reifung.
Im Verkostungsraum verkosten wir 5 unserer feinen Bio-Weine. Wir werden die Sinne anregen, alles einzufangen subtile olfaktorisch-geschmackliche Note unserer Produkte. Eine Symphonie der Emotionen, die nur große Weine vermitteln können. Um Ihren Gaumen zu erfreuen und Ihre Seele zu nähren, wird jedes Glas Wein mit einem saisonalen Produkt und unserem wertvollen Bio-Olivenöl extra vergine kombiniert.

Picture yourself in the heart of the Tuscany wine world and with this tour, you are there. Learned about how the grapes are nurtured in the vineyard, how they are processed in the cellar and most importantly how they can be enjoyed (5 tastings) when paired with great fresh food.
A great wine tour and wine tasting! You get a nice tour with lots of information. A welcoming man with a lot of energy and humor. The lunch with 6 different wines was delicious! Highly recommended🍇🍷

The wine tasting was an incredible experience, the highlight of our trip to Siena. The tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very generous with the wine and food, and accommodating for vegetarians. Would strongly recommend for all!
Very nice wine tasting with food that both suited wines and locally based. The guide was exemplary and told interesting things about the vineyard, the production and the wines as such.
Excellent, my daughter and i would highly recommend La Lastra! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! We met with both Lorenzo & John Luigi and they are a great team! The facility/grounds were gorgeous. The lovely family served our delicious homemade pasta lunch with homegrown vegetables from their garden followed by a homemade dessert! We also appreciated that their vineyard and vegetable garden are all organic! And last but not least, their wine is delicious! And this experience is only a 45 minute walk from Sienas city centre! Great experience with a funny down to earth guide who shared the best and not so great aspects of wine and olive oil growing and harvesting. The wine tasting was very enjoyable and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this wine tasting to anyone interested in learning more about Italian wines.
