My wife and I were so fortunate to have had Pete recommended to us our guide! We had the most amazing day as a result. Right from the beginning he was on top of everything; he messaged us a couple days in advance, with a friendly and upbeat message that set the stage for what was to come. Pete is very friendly, warm, kind, gentle and extreme knowledgeable about the area. We were never rushed, had a terrific hike, with amazing views and now have some fantastic pictures and videos of us and our day, thanks to Pete's excellent photography skills (not to be overlooked along with his chocolate expertise!) We finished with a phenomenal lunch where we felt surrounded by family. Our day with Pete was the highlight of our trip! We had many deep conversations and left with the feeling that we had made a new friend! Thanks Pete!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Guided Hike in Zermatt – Pete Made It Unforgettable! We had an absolutely amazing guided hiking experience in Zermatt with Pete as our guide. Our day started by going up to Gornergrat, followed by a beautiful train ride down and hiking around the stunning Riffelalp area. The scenery alone was incredible, but Pete truly made the experience exceptional. Pete was kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond throughout the entire day. He brought homemade snacks, including his own chocolate and other healthy treats, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Along the hike, he shared helpful information about Zermatt and gave us great recommendations on things to do during our stay. Another thing that made the experience so memorable was Pete's ability to make us appreciate everything around us. He taught us about the area, pointed out local flowers and nature along the trail, and shared interesting details that made the hike feel much more meaningful than simply walking through beautiful scenery. He also happened to be the best photographer! He knew all of the perfect spots for pictures and took amazing photos for us that captured the views and memories we otherwise would have missed. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about making our trip special. He spent extra time with us beyond what was expected and even helped plan our next day by suggesting an itinerary to visit Klein Matterhorn. He took us to lunch where locals eat and encouraged us to try a Swiss dish we never would have ordered ourselves — and it ended up being excellent! Pete truly cared more about giving us an unforgettable experience than simply finishing a tour. We felt like we were spending the day with a friend rather than a guide. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Switzerland, and we cannot recommend Pete highly enough. If you’re considering a guided hike in Zermatt, don’t hesitate — book it!

David picked us up at our hotel and showed us around the quaint old village of Zermatt before hopping onto the train until we got to the top. We thought we had a 6 hour window to hike before the rain came and we made the most of it. We saw gorgeous views and took some excellent pictures. He pointed out sites and skillfully helped us navigate the hike down from the top. After about 3 hours of hiking it became very apparent to David that we were going to get caught in a storm and he made sure we hustled to the next train station to seek shelter. While the trip was cut short, David made sure our safety and well being were his priority the entire time and guided us with humor and personality. We would recommend him without a doubt.

Guide’s knowledge of the area- great luncheon experience - trains were great- very courteous and helpful and changed his routine to accommodate our needs and desires!

We were lucky to have Rene as our guide on our three day guided tour! We were able to see a lot of what Switzerland had to offer, without feeling rushed. He allowed us to customize our hikes in Gornergrat and see the beautiful Matterhorn! We also got to ride on the Glacier Express and take a cruise on Lake Lucerne. Rene made us feel super comfortable, relaxed, and safe. We didn't have to think or stress about anything, especially train times and transfers because Rene had it all handled which was so helpful! We learned so much about Switzerland from him and we never would have had such a smooth trip without Rene and Echo! We would highly recommend a guided tour with them. We can't wait to come back and experience a different tour!

Our day trip with Jack was an absolute blast. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the routes and hikes we wanted to take. Jack was very courteous and patient with us as we we’re trying to find our way through Zermatt and its surroundings. It was so helpful to have someone so fit for the job and accomplish so much in one day. We took best shots of the Matterhorn and other 4K+ peaks. If you’re English speaking and looking for a seasoned guide ask for Jack! You rock, thanks buddy! SP

Luca was an excellent tour guide. Showed us everything in Zermatt! The Gornergrat was amazing!! Highly recommended tour!

Our family had a great time on this tour. Pete was wonderful!! He communicated with me a couple days before. He was on time, had a plan. We got off the train and he took us away from the crowd immediately. We were the only ones up at the viewing platform for at least 15 minutes. He took us through the visitor center, and then took us in a nice hike down to the next train stop. We got back on the train, stopped at the next stop and he took us on a nice easy hike. We ended at a wonderful restaurant with live music. He made sure we got a table (he knows everyone!!) and then he left. Highly recommend this tour if you don’t want to think about what to do and where to go. Pete did it all for us and made it a relaxing, beautiful day.

Petr was excellent. Enjoyed our day. He went at our pace and was very accommodating to anything we wanted to do! Great (late) lunch recommendation at the end of our day also. Very enjoyable trip!
