V.i.p was not very successful for me, the beach had a lot more rocks / music was only techno beat / couldn’t use the pool / very boring even thou staff was amazing especially Edwin &only plus getting V.i.p it has more food options but i would just stay in regular if i decided to go again

The pickup process was precise; the instructions were clear, & easy to follow. I arrived prior to 7:30 a.m. and was part of the first group thay left the pier for Bora Bora. The boat ride over was breathtaking, and as we approached Bora Bora, the scenery was absolutely beautiful and very aesthetic. I did have one disappointing moment at the beginning of my VIP experience. Since I arrived so early, I was surprised when Carlos directed me to sit in the third row while guests BEFORE & AFTER were seated in the first and second rows. When I asked why, he waved me & said “go back.” That interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, especially since I was celebrating my birthday and had paid for the VIP experience. Thankfully, my waiter Jorge completely changed the experience for me. He was attentive, patient, and provided excellent service throughout the day. He even gathered some of the staff to surprise me by singing Happy Birthday with a special birthday drink. That thoughtful gesture meant so much, and I truly appreciated his kindness. The DJ was great, the atmosphere was fun, and there were so many beautiful, Instagram-worthy places to take photos. Maria, the photographer, came around offering photo sessions, and I decided to book. She gave great directions & photos were good enough to share on social media. The boat ride back was very choppy, but made the best of it. Overall, Bora Bora was a beautiful experience. The views, vibes, and especially the service from Jorge made my birthday celebration memorable. Despite the rough start, I would recommend Bora Bora to others visiting Cartagena, and I would consider returning again.

great place , water was beautiful and amazing treatment was vip, yes prices are high but definitely worth it. Compared to other excursions if you want music, privacy and a private waiter and a la carte experience this is the way to go.

We visited Bora Bora Beach Club through Aviator Colombia while staying in Cartagena, and we had so much fun! My only complaint was the long wait at the port. There were many people and very long admission lines. The company should advise customers to arrive early and be prepared for the wait. Once we boarded, the boat ride was smooth and took about 45 minutes. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and seated on comfortable outdoor cabana beds. The service was excellent. Be prepared because the prices are definitely higher, but that is expected in a tourist destination. The water was crystal clear and absolutely beautiful. For lunch, I ordered the fish, and they hit a home run! It was fresh, delicious, and very well seasoned. Afterward, we went back into the water. I was thinking that they should have a bar in the water, and to my surprise, a man pulled up in a small boat and prepared a piña colada inside a real pineapple and another drink inside a real coconut. What an amazing experience! After spending a few hours there, we headed back. The return ride was a little bumpy, but we were all good sports and had a great time. I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Cartagena. The water is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the entire experience was unforgettable!

Bad experience. The most expensive tour from Cartagena and the most disappointing. I paid 780,000 COPs for two people, which is equivalent to R$1250,00, to spend the day. For the surreal price, I imagined something unique and unavoidable, which proved only a great frustration. First, the boat broke down and the journey that would take 50 minutes turned into two and a half hours. We had to wait for another to come and swap in the middle of the sea. But they did not give themselves to the task of offering any reward for the trouble. Arriving there, the space is divided between VIP and Club. The club is small and although it fits all, it has an ok structure with beds. But look at the photos where I stayed: I don't even see the sea, because we arrived late and we didn't pay for the upgrade. There's a fence behind my bed so we can't see the sea, because it seems to be exclusive of those who are willing to pay more. Even those who bought the tour of three islands are better accommodated than those who take the whole day. The food has three options with meat, but the attendant didn't even get to the job of explaining to us what it was. There is only one vegetarian option: Eat or go hungry. There is no fresh water shower to take a bath. There is no sand strip and you already descend the ladder directly into the sea, a tight space with recurring waves due to the uninterrupted traffic of boats. After all, this was the only bad experience I had in Cartagena and it was just the place I most expected. I do not recommend to anyone!

The staff were friendly and super helpful, the boat ride out was good and not too choppy. The island was beautiful, but the beach club is a very small part of it, and the space for swimming is extremely limited. There are no paddleboards or kayaks, and we had some confusion as far as where to pay the dock fee with credit card, and were directed to the wrong puerta at the dock. The island itself is nice and looks like the pictures, but the beach club itself seems just set up to take instagram pictures, so the vibe was very want-to-be influencer. If you are looking for a spot to lounge under a cabana with loud music, drinks, and photo ops, this is your spot! If you are looking to explore a little more or hoping for any sort of activity, pass.

The pros: Overall this was a pretty fun day. Once we got on the boat the day went smoothly. We were greeted by the whole staff who were consistently willing to help all day long. The beds were comfortable and shaded. Service was excellent. The fried fish lunch was honestly the best fried fish dish we’ve had all trip. The boat driver expertly navigated some pretty tricky waters with ease on the way back. The cons: The flow to start the day was chaotic and slow. The day felt pretty short. We left at 3 but felt like we could’ve stayed at least and hour or two later. The music was reallllly loud which made relaxing on the beds kind of difficult.

It was beautiful, but so so hot. There was a beach area which was nice but not somewhere you could really hang out for a long period of time I feel. Ended up feeling like we were just kinda laying around for awhile. Maybe it was us and we could have embraced it more. The boat ride back is very roug!

This place is amazing. You have everything in one place and you are treated like a true VIP! We loved our bed by the beach and the service was incredible.
