Abholung um 8 Uhr morgens von Ihrem Hotel / Flughafen in Jaipur und Beginn der Tour. Besuchen Sie zuerst das Hawa Mahal, ein weiteres Wahrzeichen von Rajput, das auch als Palast der Winde bekannt ist, um weitere Fotomöglichkeiten zu erhalten. Das fünfstöckige Hawa Mahal wurde 1799 n. Chr. Erbaut. entlang der Hauptstraße der Altstadt. Es ist ein Meisterwerk aus rosa Sandstein mit halb achteckigen und zart wabenförmigen Fenstern.
Weiter Besuch des Amber Fort. Das Amber Fort liegt auf einem Bergrücken etwas außerhalb von Jaipur City und spiegelt sich wunderschön im See wider. In der Festung begegnen Sie dem weltberühmten Jai Mandir-Tempel mit seiner schillernden Spiegelhalle Sheesh Mahal. Die Wände und die Decke des Mahal sind mit einer wunderschönen Reihe von Spiegeln bedeckt, die jeden Lichtstreifen reflektieren und den gesamten Raum beleuchten.
Setzen Sie die Tour fort, indem Sie gegen 11 Uhr einen Fotostopp in Jal Mahal einlegen. Dieser "Wasserpalast" im Rajput-Stil befindet sich im Zentrum des Sees Man Sarobar. Der See ist im Sommer oft trocken, aber der Wintermonsun verwandelt ihn häufig in einen wunderschönen See voller Wasserhyazinthen.
Sie besuchen den Stadtpalast im Herzen der Altstadt. Der Palast war einst die königliche Residenz des Königs von Jaipur und wurde nach einer Mischung aus Rajasthani und Mughal erbaut. Betreten Sie das Jaipur-Observatorium, ein UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe, das das bedeutendste, umfassendste und am besten erhaltene historische Observatorium Indiens ist.

Die Tour endet gegen 17:00 Uhr, wenn Sie zu Ihrem Hotel, Flughafen oder Bahnhof in Jaipur zurückgebracht werden.

Ashok was an excellent tour guide who should be commended for a job very well done. He was very nice and his commentary was exceptional. His pickup and drop off timing was spot on punctual. Most appreciated is the time he took to share his historical knowledge of all the sites we visited. Amber Fort and the City Palace and Hawa Mahal were highlights for me. The tour left me both with the feeling that I fully experienced the sights of Jaipur while at the same time making want to see more. Apart from the gem that is Jaipur, our tour guide Ashok is the cause for this. His solid understanding of the history as well as current affairs in India impressed me, but what stood out for me was his blissful personality and positive attitude. He is a master of many things: In addition to being a tour guide, he studied law, is also a Yoga teacher, a French teacher and can read your palm. He offered to read all of our palms - we were 13 - and left us astounded by the accuracy of his reading. That aside, his jokes and banter made the trip very enjoyable. My personal highlights were a trip to a carpet manufacturer where we could see how hand woven carpets are made and a visit to a secret location in the city that blew all of us away. There were no other tourists there and it proved to be a great way to end our day. All in all, I am thankful that Ashok made my short trip to Jaipur so memorable.

Ashok, our incredible tour guide, took us to all the major sites in Jaipur while offering super insightful comments on the history and interesting factoides of the locations we visited. He would always take care of us (giving tips on bartering, suggestions of what to buy where, etc.) and make the transit to the different sites extremely fun with his witty jokes. He ended the tour with a surprise landmark that had literally no other tourists which served as a great way to end the tour. He was extremely accommodating and kind, and I can decisively say that he is the best tour guide I have ever had.
