That day our catamaran had a mechanical failure, and as we explained before departure, rather than have you lose your beach day we offered to move your group to one of our faster boats, a higher-priced experience, at no extra cost. The catamaran did suffer a mechanical issue that day, and in order for you not to lose your day, we offered the sailboat as an alternative. We also committed to refunding the price difference, and I fully acknowledge that this refund was not processed on time. That was our mistake. We are currently in high season and the workdays have been extremely demanding, but that is not an excuse for the lack of response. As soon as I saw your review, I immediately processed the refund. Please confirm once you receive it. We are sorry the change of boat, later departure, and sea conditions affected your experience. We truly appreciate your kind words about the crew and the beach, and we regret that our follow-up after the tour did not meet the standard of responsibility we aim to provide.
