Wir bieten Ihnen eine professionelle Crew, die höchsten Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Wir bieten stündliche Abfahrten mit insgesamt 14 Fahrplänen in Playa del Carmen und 14 Fahrplänen auf der Insel Cozumel. Die Betriebszeiten sind Playa del Carmen: Von 8:30 bis 21:30 Uhr. Insel Cozumel: Von 7:30 bis 20:30 Uhr. Ihr Ticket ist ein offenes Ticket, d. h. Sie können den besten Fahrplan für 6 Monate wählen (vorbehaltlich Verfügbarkeit und Einlöse-/Betriebsbedingungen). Wir sind haustierfreundlich und haben daher einen speziellen Bereich für sie. Bereich mit Verankerungen für Rollstühle und speziellen Bereichen und Sitzplätzen für Personen mit unterschiedlichen Fähigkeiten. Angenehme Umgebungsgeräusche, Klimaanlage und für diejenigen, die den Blick auf das Karibische Meer genießen möchten, haben wir Außenbereiche. Ein Bereich zur Gepäckaufbewahrung steht zur Verfügung. Ihre Sicherheit liegt uns am Herzen, deshalb ist eine Reiseversicherung inklusive.

Everything is very professional, however, I find the prices for Mexican tourists high; they should improve the prices for nationals.

We totally enjoyed our trip! The vessels are incredibly modern and comfortable, featuring excellent air conditioning and great staff who are very well organized. Boarding is a breeze with no long waits to get on the ferry, making the whole journey from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel so smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!
