Sollten Sie Probleme haben, den Treiber zu finden, kontaktieren Sie unser Support-Team. - Wir überwachen Flugverspätungen, um sicherzustellen, dass der Fahrer bei Ihrer Ankunft anwesend ist. - Sie haben eine 60-minütige Schonfrist, um sich nach der Landung Ihres Flugzeugs mit dem Fahrer zu verbinden. Zusätzliche Wartezeiten können zusätzliche Kosten verursachen. Hereke was very professional in handling our situation, messaging us afterward to come to a solution Originally booked a shared transfer through whatsapp and had some issues with cash payment to the driver due to some miscommunication. Hereke messaged us afterwards to resolve the issue themselves, even though the driver was at fault
