This was a great way to enjoy the hot air balloons without the big price tag. Our whole family loved it (children 10yrs and 13years). The pick up from our hotel went smoothly, there were only 3 other people so a nice small group. We got to go to the launch site and see the balloons being inflated and taking off which was exciting to see & gave us good photos. Then the driver chose 2 different viewing sites to visit based on where the balloons were headed that morning. This was a magical experience and I’m so glad we did it. Highly recommend.

It was freeing, amazing, and I am so happy that I decided to do it even though I had not planned to when I arrived Cappadocia. It is a priceless experience! Beautiful! Great way to see the countryside and become oriented to the area. Guide (captain) was very knowledgeable. I might spend a little more next time and go for the less crowded option as you are really packed in.

The experience was great from end to end. They picked us up exactly on time and the flight itself was great. We had a brief wind delay but that was nothing they controlled - all balloon companies are bound by the go/no-go decision of a central weather agency. After we got the green light they were quick to fill up the balloon and get us up in the air, so despite a 1 hr delay we still got to see the sunset afterglow!

Great experience even though 3 straight days of high wind cancellations caused the demand to spike and I ended up paying almost double. Make sure to account for such things when visiting Cappadocia.
