DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service, lack of communication, and unprofessional attitude. Upon our arrival at the airport in Hawaii, my family and I waited almost an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. Keep in mind that we were traveling with four children, which made the long wait even more frustrating. On the day of our departure, we had a scheduled pickup at 4:00 AM. By 4:10 AM, there was still no shuttle and no communication from the company. When I called to inquire about the delay, the representative informed me that the shuttle had broken down and that a rescue driver would need to be sent. At no point had anyone from the company contacted us to notify us of the situation or explain the delay. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, the representative was extremely rude and dismissive, stating that she would have to submit a request for the refund. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress and frustration during what should have been an enjoyable family vacation. Reliable transportation and professional customer service should be the bare minimum, especially when customers have scheduled airport pickups and are traveling with children. Save yourself the headache and stress. Based on my experience, I would not book with this company again.

Our entire experience with round trip transportation was great. Pick up from airport to the hotel when we arrived was super easy. I got a call when I arrived at the airport and there was someone waiting for us already at baggage claim to take us to the shuttle. On our return, pick up at our Waikīkī hotel was also very easy and the driver was on time. Overall great service and convenient.

The service was good when we arrived in Hawaii, but the departure experience was completely different. My airline changed my flight, so I needed to adjust my pickup time. I contacted Viator through their messaging service for clarification but received no response. I was instructed the morning of to call VIP Airport Transportation directly 10 minutes before y scheduled pickup from the hotel. Unfortunately, the gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude and aggressive, repeatedly arguing with me instead of trying to help. I was being told I was a “no-show” when I had clearly communicated that my flight had changed and I needed a new pickup time. There was no empathy, professionalism, or effort to resolve the situation. I ultimately had to end the conversation because I will not accept being spoken to disrespectfully. I was left without the transportation I had already paid for to get me to the airport. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not use VIP Airport Transportation again.

I was lost in the airport and there was this young man sitting in a bench that also worked for the company . I talked to him and asked if I was in the right spot for pick up. He said no worries I will call them to come get you. He made sure I was calm . I wish I would’ve gotten his name. He was young tall medium built . The drive that got me was super nice as well I told him sorry maybe I was in the wrong place he said no problem you are in good hands now. Love you guys telling all my family & friends about my experience.

After a 10-hour flight I ended up waiting for an hour before VIP Trans shuttle arrived to pick several passengers up including me. Certainly not VIP service. There was a person presumably working for VIP Trans at the airport herding us up and keeping us updated with how far away the shuttle was, but it seemed like forever. I didn't trust them to get me back to the airport for flight home in good time so cancelled VIP Trans and got taxi instead.

No shuttle was available to pick us up from the airport after they only picked up airline flight crews. Representative offered a taxi but main office said policy change didn't allow it. We had to take an Uber to our hotel instead and it came within 5 minutes of being requested. Our airport rep said full refund would be issued but still has not been received.

I was contacted as soon as my plane arrived and given instructions of where to meet. He was there waiting on me and took me to a car where I was the only one taken from the airport! What a delight no stops, much better than my last year trip with them!

VIP ground transfer thru Viator is the worst ground transfer company in Ohau. They canceled us and put us down as a No Show before our flight landed and had to calls serval time as they kept giving us a run around and after the 4th time on the phone they told us to find our own way to the hotel. The worst customer service. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR $$.

There was too much confusion from the online booking process. My flight arrival info was not confirmed, my hotel was listed as my pick up point. I gave the dispatch person my exact location at the airport, SWA baggage claim post #50. I was told to meet the van at post #31. Once aboard, we drove past my original location, #50, because its a one way street. Was I supposed to declare a physical disability to dispatch? Briefly annoyed, mild physical discomfort, but excited to be in Oahu
