Waikiki to HNL: Easy to book and pay later just make sure you enter the correct hotel, airline, flight info and the time you want to be picked up. If you are unsure where exactly to wait for the vehicle, call the phone number on the confirmation and be assured. Hotel desk and valet did not have the correct answer in my case. Ride was amazingly exactly on time and even with 4 additional stops got to HNL 2.5 hours before departure.
Our driver called to confirm pickup location and then was early. Was very friendly and outgoing. Great conversation on the ride to the airport.

The pick-up was fine. The driver was good. You set it to 4 three to four hours before departure time at the booking stage, which one? And when I inquired (chatted) with him, he just said, "I'm going to the front of the hotel," so I replied, "I'll wait for you at 9:30," and he didn't reply. I was worried. It's a carpool shuttle, so I don't want to be left behind, and I was in front of the hotel from 9am and they came around 20pm. I want you to clearly state when and where you are booking

On time, Joshua(?) was VERY helpful, answered questions. Since we were going to airport to pick up rental car, he dropped off other family and then us, right in front of the rental car escalator. He diirected us to our place of car pickup since with an willibgness to help especially since we are elderly.
Great service, on time, punctual... door to door service. The only negatively is the drivers were not communicating with the passengers. It would be nice if they would say "Welcome" and give a brief description of the island, play some island music. Overall, a 4 stars instead of 5 stars
