Efficient reception with placard within airport committee,premises before exit , I was personally conducted to the taxi , the taxi anniversary deployed was a good sedan , clean with water etc. the driver Lahiro, was welcoming and correctly interactive. Pleasant reception into Srilanka!

Terrible, unreliable service. Slow communication, driver didn’t show up, and staff were rude and unhelpful when we called to ask where the driver was. We just had to book with somebody else. Do yourself a favor and do the same!

The driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign of my name, which made it easy to locate him. The car was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned with adequate space for 2 large suitcases. The driver drove well, and he was friendly and provided some commentary on some places that we passed en route from the airport in Colombo to our hotel in Galle.

Good airport pickup and transfer to our hotel. The company communicated prior to the day to confirm the booking and on the day sent a photo of the driver with our name sign so we could find him in the arrivals hall. The journey was quiet and straightforward. The van was a bit old but had ample room for luggage.

I made a reservation for three people, but what arrived was clearly a minicar meant for two. I was able to fit in because my suitcases were small, but if it had been larger, there's no way three people could fit in! Isn't this a violation of the terms and conditions? They also broke the promise to wait by holding my nameplate at the airport exit, and it took 10 minutes to meet up at the airport for the first time! The promise was broken in every sense. I would like to request a reduction in the fare.

Hi all, ordered a car for my family with 3 year old son , a driver met us with a sign (my name was on it) and it was easy to find him in the airport . A driver was waiting for us with our baggage as we had to wait until airport staff helped us to get our forgotten iPad in the plane.it was a comfortable minivan and very quick drive in comparison with my last trip. 100% recommended👍
