The originally assigned driver encountered an unexpected issue, and in our urgency to ensure you reached the airport on time, we quickly reassigned another driver who was nearby. Unfortunately, he was unaware of your friend’s mobility needs, which led to the miscommunication regarding the terminal drop-off. We truly regret this and understand how frustrating it must have been for you. That said, we also want to remind you that this was an isolated incident.
