Flughafen Istanbul und Hoteltransfer

Don't use this supplier. They were not responsive to the numerous times I and viator reached out to them to confirm the pick up time. I chatted with viator several times and they didn't start the refund process until after the vendor didn't show despite not being able to reach the vendor all day and not letting me cancel with refund. It was maddening. Anyway, the tour operator did not show up to pick us up and we had to get alternative arrangements to the airport, at midnight, since we had a predawn flight

Awful service. The taxi never arrived at the hotel. The service is not recommended. I sent them a message and they never replied.

Made several attempts to call the company for Confirmation but no answer. Asked assistance from a Viator rep who also could not get in touch with them . The day of pick up was a no show for this company and even other companies have not heard about them . We have to call Viator to get a refund but it’s been a week no refund yet . So don’t know if they’re not operating anymore . Viator should investigate then so other people will not book them anymore

Driver was prompt and efficient. The traffic in Istanbul is horrendous, but navigated it like a pro.

Unfortunately our plane came in late. We are not sure if the driver arrived earlier then left. He did eventually come and we were in our meeting spot where we were supposed to be. However, it was utter chaos with the organization. We were then taken to a couple different spots by someone? And then still had to stand and wait. The driver arrived and we were put in the van. It was very hot and when we asked to turn up air conditioner. He did not. I think we were also supposed to get water bottles ( we were super thirsty) but that wasn’t offered to us. The driver was on his cell phone driving most of the time.

Great service. Driver was even early but happily waited. He was courteous and helped with the luggage. The van was clean and nicer than expected. Good service for the price. They were easy to communicate with. Would recommend them if you need a ride to the airport.

Right on time to the minute at the hotel. Safe and comfortable ride to the airport. Driver was professional.

Great transport. Only suggestion is to have the driver offer a passenger a bottle of water on arrival

No problems except too many steps for getting out of airport to the van. Van was nice and clean and so was driver.

A reserved vehicle was not waiting for us at the airport. We got the video on how to find the company and that was straight forward. Once we arrived at the meeting spot, Person #1 checked us in and had us stand to the side for 10 minutes. Then Person #2 took us to the garage and handed us over to person #3 for 15 minutes of standing/waiting until Person #4, our driver, arrived. The garage area was very busy and the process felt hectic. It was not what we were expecting. The driver spoke no English. He was a safe driver and we did arrive at our hotel safely.
