The driver was friendly, the progress was quick and easy, communication was smooth everyone was on time

Great service... right up until it was time to get into a vehicle. They send you a msg with a short video, so communication was good. For our part, we followed that process with the only glitch coming at baggage, as ours was 5 mins late. We went to the exit door as told to, where there are a confusingly large number of transport companies to greet you (with small signs having 3-5 company names on each). I didn't see ours but there was a guy ready to direct you. I gave him the name & he said there is no company by that name. Communication is entirely by phone & no one takes into account that if like me, your outlet doesn't work on the main flight, then the old plane you get for the shorter flight doesn't have outlets, your phone will be dead when you arrive! Without my phone, I could prove nothing & I kept hearing there is no company by that name. I finally recognized a logo from the video they'd sent (watched it 3 times!), asked the guy behind that set of signs & he had my name. I'd have been out of luck w/o that bit of it. He had it & pointed us to an area to wait. Probably 15 mins later he called a lot of names & told us all to follow him. He herded our very large group around the airport, then onto elevators, where we all went downstairs. Easy to get lost, but we made it to a section of the car park where vans continually come, load passengers & leave. He pointed out the area & said his "colleague" would take care of us. One by one, we watched every single one of our group get into a van & leave. After about 30 mins, as we dwindled, I'd realized that these men too, all worked for different companies. I asked a few I could catch (it's very hard to do!) if we were on their list & each impatiently said no! Since we'd not been given the "colleague's" name, I had no one to ask for. All we knew was that others from our group were leaving. Over an hour later, when the last of our group was gone & a new group was there, I left my (very unhappy) husband with the bags to go back upstairs to find the guy at the door with our name on his list. I couldn't get there! I returned to the pick up area with no plan other than to find someone to ask "how" to get back upstairs to exit door 13. I did finally see a guy in what I thought to be an airport shirt (like security?). I zoomed over to approach him, well outside the "cattle call" pen we'd all been waiting in. It took a couple mins to begin to understand each other & just as I was getting somewhere with his instructions, 2 guys came running up to me, from different directions & asked if I was David? I thought that quite odd, considering the res was in my first name, which is the one we'd been using through out the process. I said yes, giving my first & last name & both said "right here, right here" - we were standing near our van! They were so intent they both wanted me to get right in & I had to say no, we need to go get my husband & bags - back at the ranch! If anyone figures out how that bit of weirdness happened, explain it to me. We loaded, got in & took off, well over an hour after arriving at the pen & a good 20 mins after the last of our group left. We'd been certain we were not being picked up, but we were. Mehsud was an excellent driver & handled the heavier traffic nearer the city like the pro he is. It was actually relaxing after all the travel, negotiating airports and real fear that we were going to have to find an Uber at the end. I still can't figure out where the ball was dropped, but it was dropped somewhere. It didn't help that I had no names to go on & they kept insisting this company doesn't exist! I suggest you require names at each step. There had been one in the msg from the office - but it was office personnel - and it was in my dead phone. I'd like to think this was just a weird glitch... I don't know. I give it to you FYI - print or write down anything you can, don't depend on having your phone. Memorize everything in that info. Ask for names! If you're prepaid like I was, you could be faced w/o a ride, looking to pay whatever it takes to replace it. Just for details, I'd set the pickup for 6pm (I'm pretty sure, AI said 6, I thought 6:15, at the last minute I'm pretty sure I chose 6pm) and we left a couple mins before 7pm. We'd arrived at the first pen early & left late. Another FYI - they do exist, I still don't know what name they go by though!

The best transportation to get to the airport. Nice and cheap. Attention was always attentive and unity impeccable.

We made a safe trip on great roads and with an absolutely stunning landscape. The best travel option is surely private transfers

Instead of waiting in taxis or wasting time on public transportation, you can reach your hotel or desired address directly with the transport service.

Our driver arrived on time and took us to the airport safely. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Our driver was very polite and helpful. They ensured that we reached the airport quickly and smoothly without any issues.

The transfer service that provided transportation from the airport to our hotel took us to our hotel, keeping travel fatigue to a minimum.

We were greeted at the airport exit gate. A staff member accompanied us to the vehicle. We had a pleasant journey to our hotel. The driver was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for this service.
