Abholung vom Flughafen Nach der Freigabe der Einreisekontrollen und der Gepäckabholung (Sperrbereich). Bitte suchen Sie den Fahrer am AUSGANGSTOR, Ankunftshalle (öffentlicher Bereich), wir halten ein Schild mit Ihrem Namen darauf, damit Sie uns leicht erkennen können. Wenn Sie den Fahrer nicht finden, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter der auf dem Gutschein angegebenen Nummer. Abfahrtsort Sie werden in Ihrem Hotel in der Empfangshalle oder draußen an der angegebenen Wohnadresse abgeholt. Transfers werden durchgeführt, um alle Flüge zu erfüllen, die vom nationalen oder internationalen Terminal der Stadt Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt abfliegen. Unser Betreiber bestätigt den Zeitpunkt der Abholung, normalerweise 3 Stunden vor der Abflugzeit für internationale und inländische Flüge. Wenn Ihr Ziel in einem Vorort wie Bezirk 2, Bezirk 7, Nha Be, Hoc Mon oder Binh Chanh liegt, wählen Sie bitte bei der Buchung die richtige Option aus.

The so called Fast Track guy to guide us thru quickly never showed up. At least there was a taxi to take us to our hotel

Worked as it should. Arrived late at night so this express customs is not necessary for late arrivals. Just get a Grab car from airport.

I would never recommend anyone to do this service. They make u pay for the service and when u get to the airport, nobody shows up for fast track and they tell u that you only paid for transport from the airport. This non fast track thing makes u wait for atleast 2 hours on the queue. And when u get to the transport, u are made to pay an extra $10 so in total u pay $40 for transport only when in fact the journey is $5.

Driver was great. Arrived early. Add is very misleading if you are waiting fast track service with airport transfer. Take a Grab to airport and then get fast track separately. It will be much cheaper. Operator not helpful with making a correction, thus the poor rating.

Flight was delayed so they cancelled our pickup, they had all the arrival flight information. Not a good service. 1am at airport after 23hrs travel, no fast track no pickup, welcome to Vietnam, would not recommend.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any response, which made it impossible for us to proceed with the service as scheduled. That said, we fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation must have been, especially arriving at 1:00 AM after 23 hours of travel, and we sincerely regret the stress it caused you.
