Above and beyond!!
When we arrived at the cruise port in Barcelona, I realized I had booked our transfer for the NEXT day!! I was in panic mode! I contacted the company and explained the situation and asked if there was any chance they could accept the reservation on that day. They were absolutely understanding and made the switch without any penalty or added fees!!!! And they also ensured the driver would have a vehicle that could accommodate both mobility scooters we were traveling with as well as our luggage and us!!! They had no obligation to change my booking, but they did with no hesitation. They were great!! Two thumbs up!!

Our driver picked us up...
Our driver picked us up on time and navigated us through the busy traffic near the port. He dropped us off right at the entrance to our cruise. I f you’re looking for a seamless transport to the cruise, I’d highly recommend booking with this company.

We had a 3 hour traffic...
We had a 3 hour traffic delay because of an accident going to the airport. The driver was amazing . Would recommend using this service .

Great service, 100% recommend!!
We were a group of four and we received excellent service. Our driver spoke English and Spanish so there was no misunderstanding between us. Our flight to BCN arrived early and he was aware of it, we only waited a few minutes. The van was super clean. Service was superb and can highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact, we are going to the Port of Barcelona the next day for a cruise and already booked transportation with them again.
