Wir laden Sie ein, unser einzigartiges Boutique-Projekt zu betreten und zu entdecken, was „Beyond the Ashes“ ist – ein Besuch, der Sie in die Seele unseres Weinguts führt. Dieses Erlebnis geht weit über eine herkömmliche Tour hinaus; es ist eine Zeitreise in exklusivem Rahmen, die einen tiefen Einblick in unsere Philosophie und vulkanische Identität bietet. Jede Ecke des Weinguts hat eine Geschichte zu erzählen. Geleitet von einer Verkostung von vier charakteristischen Weinen werden Sie in jeder Note und Nuance die Geschichte, Hingabe und den vulkanischen Charakter des Landes und der Menschen, die es bewirtschaften, entdecken. Die Weinprobe wird von einer leichten Snackpaarung begleitet, die zu jedem Wein serviert wird. „Beyond the Ashes“ ist eine Hommage an unsere Wurzeln und eine Anspielung auf den legendären Wein „Cenizas de Timanfaya“ aus dem Jahr 1999, der einen Meilenstein auf den Kanarischen Inseln markierte – so wie die Vulkanasche, die die Böden prägte, bis heute den Charakter unserer Weine bestimmt.

We are a small group of friends who wanted to have a winery experience whilst on holiday in Lanzarote. We were not disappointed. It is an amazing tour and Alberto was an amazing host. The location is quite remote so recommend you give your taxi driver the coordinates rather than the address as it was quite difficult to find. I would also recommend that some signage be erected along the main road so it's easy to find. But it was a great afternoon and very interesting. Thank you to Alberto for taking the time to show us around his wonderful winery.

Great setting, lovely, lovingly designed bodega, super nice winemaker and guide and the best: very good to excellent wines for tasting with perfectly matching accompanying snacks. Visiting this family-run winery was easily one of the most memorable parts of our time in Lanzarote. There is something so unique about the volcanic landscape there, but what really made the experience stand out was the genuine warmth of the family. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests rather than just another tour group. The tour itself was perfectly paced—very relaxed and insightful without ever feeling like a lecture. It was fascinating to see how they work with the land, and you can tell there is a lot of pride and history in what they do. The tasting was the highlight, of course; the wines were excellent, and enjoyed in such a peaceful, beautiful setting. If you're looking for an experience that feels authentic, personal, and away from the typical tourist crowds, I can't recommend this enough. It was an effortless, lovely way to spend a few hours soaking up the local culture and some fantastic wine.
