Exotic 9 - Day Costa Rica Adventure : Vulkan, Regenwald und Strände

Shuttles were on time and the drivers were excellent. Whenver we arrived at a destination they were expecting me and had my name in advance. The motels were top notch . Most had a bar ,at least one or two restaurants and swimming pools.If I were travelling to Costa Rica they would be my choice.

Exotic Landscapes included a nice variety of activities, as well as some built-in free time. Drivers and guides were so friendly and knowledgeable. The private transfers were always punctual and dependable. We felt safe at all times. Our “small group” tour was actually all arranged for our group of three. The tour seemed to be a good value for the cost.

Destinycr made my 2 weeks in Costa Rica unforgettable. The amount of different guided nature tours was correct amount of what I could digest. Amazingly all tour operating happened by Whatsapp on the go. Schedules and advise very fluently daily whenever I had any question. Seeing the traffic in Costa Rica I was happy to have all transitions arranged in minivans, with nice company of other travellers from around the world. Hotel choices were excellent, I did not look for 5 stars or all-inclusive. This is a safe country to travel on your own on this arrangement. Pura vida!

I can definitely recommend taking this tour. Very many thanks to Oldemar Madrigal for organising our itinerary, and to the drivers and tour guides who showed us, and told us, so much about Costa Rica. We felt as though Oldemar had booked us the best possible rooms in each hotel in La Fortuna, Monteverde and especially at Hotel Costa Verde, Manuel Antonio. The room furnishings in the Wyndham Herradura, San Jose were a little tired/dated but it was all clean and functional. The hotel layout was totally confusing – we got lost trying to find reception – but the breakfast (buffet, with a very good coffee machine) there was the best we had in all of Costa Rica. All the lunches and dinners included on our tour were delicious, and all the guided walks were very interesting and enjoyable. We felt completely safe when in the rainforest with the guides and they were expert at spotting wildife and pointing it out, also very knowledgable about complex ecosystems and how different species interact with each other. The SkyTrek zip wires in Monteverde were great fun and we loved them! The instructors were very attentive and we felt totally safe. We particularly enjoyed the visit to the oxcart factory in Sarchi – there was an excellent range of well-made souvenirs there and we valued the fact that our purchases were benefitting local producers and craftsmen. Oldemar was very responsive (in excellent English) to all our email queries and was very willing to tailor our trip just how we wanted it. On some of our transfers we had a minibus to ourselves, which was great. Other times we found our fellow travellers were good company and had some interesting conversations that helped the journey to pass quickly. We stayed an extra week in Manuel Antonio to relax a bit more, but didn't get anywhere near such a good deal on our accommodation for those few days. We loved that so many Costa Ricans are proud of how well they protect their rainforest and wildlife, and all seem to be very contented with life – Pura Vida!

We did "EXOTIC LANDSCAPES OF COSTA RICA" 9nights tour. Tour agent Oldemar was amazing. He customized this tour to meet our needs. Definitely would recommend this company for multi days tours and specifically Oldemar. Communication and different activities coordination was pretty smooth. On the top of that Oldemar included new year dinner/party for us in the hotel we were staying without any charge. In this tour we did multiple activities (rafting, volcano hike, night walk in forest, zip lining in Monteverde, Manuel antonio park hike, kayaking, catamaran, Poas volcano, LA Paez garden). Hotels Oldemar arranged were great specially in Monteverde. Thanks Oldemar for making our trip memorable and enjoyable. You are awesome. Definitely will use your service again. Pura Vida!

Everything about this trip was fantastic! Oldemar was super great to work with us on everything. We changed up this plan just a bit without any problems. Everything was as expected - on time - and easy for us to get around. The people went above and beyond to help us when our phones weren't working - Note - make sure you have a plan that works in CR! I 100% recommend this tour!

We have travelled extensivey but this by far has been the most perfect holiday ever. And it is not just because CR is paradise but there are people like Oldemar and the entire team with him that work seamlessly and hard to make sure that tourists remember that for life. I contacted Oldemar through a chance discovery online via th CR tourism site and he responded within mintues. And this was a constant feature throughout our holiday. I was completely at ease throughout and in pura vida state. We will be returning to CR and again through Destiny only. The hotels were good, all transport and tours relaible and all guides and drivers were very safe. Thanks to the team!
