We had an amazing time! Mimmo, our driver, and Chiara, our guide were both wonderful! Chiara is fun, knowledgeable and very friendly. The tour was excellent. The towns we visited are beautiful and we got to enjoy an extra special boat tour along the Amalfi coast at a minimal cost. My husband and I enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it.
We arrived at the meeting place at the designated time. There are hundreds of people and we were unable to locate our driver. He had no signs or distinguishing item to identify him. He left without us. We asked for a refund. They offered new trip for the next day, for which we could not accommodate. Viator and the contracted company have still refused to refund money. I asked where he was located and what sign did he have and have never received and answer to those questions. Be sure to get more clarification one you can locate your driver.
Dear travelers. We have informed TripAdvisor assistance about your missing at the pick up spot at correct time, as our tour guide informed us before leaving. Tour guide arrives at scheduled time, call our your name and look for you for 10 minutes then they must go on. We are sorry about your concern, but this is the policy if you miss the pick-up spot. We even tried to propose a new trip for next day, as courtesy even though it is not generally provided. We hope you could still enjoy your journey. GIROMONDOTOUR
Our tour guide moved a little quickly without waiting for everyone or looking back at the group, but he was kind, upbeat, and fun. I wish we could have spent more time in Sorrento, but that's a personal preference. We loved the free limoncello tasting and the boat ride. Would recommend for anyone looking for a very quick stop in every place.
I enjoyed the trip with the guide. Historical and social commentary was provided and we reached all the destinations to explore. I like that the time to return to the pick up area was shown rather than spoken so there was no misunderstandings. Got a good taste of the Amalfi coast.
Very well-organized trip. The guide Francesco was very good and thorough. Recommended experience
The tour was great and offered hotel pick up! We loved the sites and variety of vistas. There was an optional, paid boat tour (€15) as an add on offered during the excursion which was good - I got some good photos but I’m not sure it’s a “must do”. I really liked the guide Fabricio as he was funny and gave good insights. The only critique would be the bus was sometimes 10-15 min late for pick up and it was so hot outside we were sweltering while waiting in the heat.
Chiarra and Mimmo were a great team! They genuinely cared about the participants weell being and made the tour one of my favorite memories of Italy.
Fabrizio was charming and knowledgeable. He truly cared about the comfort and safety of his guests. Dino is an amazing driver.
Enzo was a fantastic tour guide and made the day a great experience! He provided breaks for the restroom and beverages to make it comfortable for everyone.
our tour guide Frsncesco and driver Victorio were phenominsl made our trip to amalfi coast fun and safe - Francesco very informative gave us good recommendations as to where to shop and to eat during our tour . Both francesco and victorio were amazing Thank you both 😎
