Everglades Airboat Alligator Tour ab Hafen oder South Beach

Meeting point was hot and outside a closed down hotel. The rest was perfect. Driver was friendly and just enough chat/info. Long wait at the park for the boat but that’s out of the control of the tour company. Saw lots of alligators. Would recommend

This tour is à rip off. I had yo take à uber as they changed the pick up place . 20 dollars more. And then to discover I went back pass my hôtel 1 h30 hours later. Plus animals are feed and in captivity. Awful

Captain Drew was very informative and comical. I would recommend ear plugs for sensitive ears! The transportation to and fruMii Beach was very convenient

I had a super time. Pickup went well, tour guide & bus driver were great! The trolly tour suggested by the guide was super!

Overall the tour was fine. The boats were much bigger than I expected and overcrowded. Each row holds six people and there are five rows. If you aren't in the end two seats on each side you won't be able to see. They are maximizing profit over experience by cramming these boats full. I wouldn't say this is true Everglades experience either. You're basically going through 90% open water trails. There is a constant stream of other boats out there as well. It's like a highway. One other annoyance was that I had a scheduled time for our tour but when I got there they told me it would be an hour wait. What's the point of scheduling a start time? If I could do it again, I would spend a little more to do a smaller boat in a more authentic experience.

Horrible service. The bus never came to pick us up, and they don’t answer the phone. They took the money and we never gor the service we paid for.

Great trip. We did get to see some wildlife and the alligator show was awesome. The only negative was that the trip took longer than expected and the bus broke down on the way there and we had to wait for a replacement.

Seeing the alligators in the wild only a few feet from the boat. There were many different birds close by in the trees.

I booked this trip for my 19 yo and 13 yo daughters with to go with their Grandma. They requested this activity over multiple other options in Miami for their very short trip. My mother-in-law said it was not worth any amount of money spent on the trip. The pick up time stated 9:30, but it left at 9. Luckily, they were there early, but missed the opportunity to grab breakfast, snacks or drinks. During the boat ride, they only drove about 4-5 mph, they didn’t see a single alligator, and when they got back they saw 2 very small gators at the exhibit. They spent $60 on 3 burgers, 2 gator bites and 2 fries…but never got the gator bites because the establishment claimed they never paid for them. Overall, I care less that I spent money in this trip and more that I wasted the little time my girls had down in Miami sending them on this horrible experience when they could have been doing much more amazing things. Anyone reading this … find some better activities or a better tour establishment.
