Private Everglades Tour : Airboat & Alligator Habitat Experience

My friend and I thought this outing was very good value for money indeed. Neither of us had done a fan boat trip before so that was a great experience. Then the alligator farm was really interesting and educational. I would highly recommend this tour.

The boat trip was very educational with a funny guide who told everything about the everglades and its inhabitants in the swamp. We saw five alligators and several birds of prey and turtles. Unfortunately, the sound had broken in their facility so did not hear from the screening where they told about their program where they rescue alligators and relocate them. Then came the rain, but they can't be controlled by the company. Fun park with good care. Trip advisor had been able to make it clearer how to get to the park, looking for someone who would pick us up for a long time, is apparently a bus tour of 1h from pick up. Overall satisfied.

It was boring. we say two alligators the water was low so the boat experience was boring. We were told the address & when we got there no one knew where were supposed to be or what bus for us to get on. The address of the actual everglades was not provided so we drove 1 1/2 hrs. into Miami to get the bus so on the bus we could drive past our exit to Palmetto Bay. I would have preferred to have been given the excursion address then let us decide if we wanted to get on the bus or drive to the excursion ourselves.

If I did this again I would go straight to park myself. Lot of wasted time taking bus. Also saw no wildlife and airboat ride was mostly of floating around looking for gators. Would have liked more of ride on boat

The airboat ride and show was excellent. Unfortunately communication when at the park was troublesome, clear instructions were not provided and many guests from multiple groups had no idea where or when they were supposed to go. Due to this we were frustrated and confused.

If I was to go again, i would arrange it on my own. Bus was old, and the driver was rather careless. The show after the trip around the Everglades was outdated

Chaos. Poor communication. Bus driver was hard to understand. Tour was not 10-2 as stated, we did not return until 3:15. Halfway through boat ride operator turned boat around because of incoming weather, and cut our time on the water in half, yet other boats headed out to begin new tours. Boat tour was abysmal, tour guide barely spoke & gave very limited details. Complete disappointment, would not recommend.

Uninformative, tacky, bad jokes, short ride, saw one alligator, closed top boat, then the guide asked for tips. We were not impressed with the alligator show either. Truly wished we leaned something. I’ve been other airboats tours that I’ve loved. Sadly, this was a complete waste of time and money.

We had a very informative tour guide, went above and beyond to find us some wildlife. Some some gators. It is close to.miami, worth the trip

Fun tour not too far from Miami. We got to see some alligators and even saw an alligator show. Good experience for the price!
