Etna Wine and Food Volcanic Weekend Immersion Tour (private Erfahrung)

Beware. This company is shady. Avoid them at all costs! FRAUD ALERT...wish I could give them no stars. We booked this trip months in advance. We paid them,received our confirmation and then nothing! I messaged them the day before we were supposed to be picked up at our hotel for the tour since I didn't hear anything. They responded 8:30 pm the night before telling us that the tour was canceled for "technical reasons " leaving us with no rescheduling options with such late notice. They refused to provide further details and were rude...leaving me to chase down a refund that I still haven't received...it was $800.00. Beware and avoid this tour and tour operator.

My friends and I decided to spend a theme weekend among the best wineries. Such a theme tour is awesome. Wonderful locations, lodging is quite close to the area of the wineries around the volcano and we loved the fact that beyond the wineries there were visits to other famous towns. A complete weekend. A friend of mine stayed one day at the hotel to play golf and their spa.

We stayed 2 weeks in Sicily. We contacted Travelosophy for a day off on Mt. Etna and have some wine. It was just perfect. So we decided to spend a whole weekend with their winery and small towns tour after our 1st week in Palermo. That was the best part of our tour! Probably we'd better book the whole tour with them next time.

This was our second experience with Travelosophy. Best choice, didnt get disappointed. Great service in terms of quality and customer service. Professional and lovely experience in the right place with explanation and details.

Great tour, this is the way to plan a really different weekend with your friends or love. I was lloking for a relaxing weekend in the area of Mt. Etna, but didn't want to stuck on hiking and similar, so when I bumped into this tour I just thought wow, you relax, visit places and taste wine as a plus? This is my dream :-) Lovely service, I'd say excellent in terms of professional quality. Possibility to customize it and full service from the pick-up to the end. Lodging was just a romance setting and the wineries were absolutely finest.

I have just loved this weekend and my fiancée even more. It’s a perfect combination of wine and food experiences in different wineries and art and nature, because of the visits to Etna and Taormina. All transport and lodging just great.
