This driver did not show up. Don't book anything via TripAdvior in India. The customer service is appalling. They haven't gotten back to me after one month, after promising a refund (not received).
Prompt pick up from hotel but our large backpacks needed to be on the front seat rather than in the boot. Our driver was cautious and though he did not speak any English (no fault there as we do not speak the language), so it was difficult to understand when he wanted us to get out of the car at the petrol station and when he stopped for a drink. Easy to input our hotel details into Google maps for drop off in Agra - a different Road beast altogether!! BEWARE FATEHPUR SIKRI We were confused about our tour of Fatehpur Sikri because we did not share a language with the driver but on arriving at the parking place we received attention from a Government Guide who accompanied us on the buggy to the site entrance and inside. (Guide Recommended 2000 rupees ) We were primed from the beginning about a trip to the shrine to pay respects, any religion, to make wishes accompanied by cloth and flowers. After seeing the main components of the site our official guide took us to an area of tombs where we were to speak to someone who sold the cloths. Then ensues an awkward situation where 2 women do not want to offend someone from another religion but are told that the cloths S / M / L are 3000 / 7000 / 12000 rupees. Apparently the money going to children - can pay by card etc. it was a very uncomfortable and difficult situation and we fell victim to this scam stupidly. What made this particularly unpleasant was that our guide had been linking this up for the other guy and this is obviously something they carry out regularly. Beware fellow travellers and don’t let this be you too.
It was scheduled to depart at 10:00 in the morning, but no one showed up until 10:30. I called customer service to start looking for the driver, and finally departed at 11:30. I originally expected to stay in Fatehpur Sikri for 2 hours, but due to the delay, I could only stay for one hour. I only visited the main hall, and I was very dissatisfied!
The taxi service was excellent. The driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The taxi arrived on the dot. I will recommend this service.
Got us to our intended destination safely and we booked again for Agra to Delhi. The drivers English wasn’t great but could communicate via alternate person over phone.
I booked this as a transfer from Jaipur to Agra including site seeing for 2 people. He came with a small car that couldn’t even fit our luggage and tried to put our luggage on top of the car with a rope and hoped he could site seeing, leave our luggage on top of his car while walking away and then drive on the highway for hours. I could not use the service as we could not even fit in and neither could our luggage. Requesting a refund. He could not get another car for us. Left us stranded at the hotel, we had to organise another driver. Very poor.
Very good value transfer in a well-driven good quality and comfortable car. Stopped en route for a bite to eat and to freshen up at a very good roadside eatery before a break at Fatehpur Sikri. We took the (unofficial?) guide who was waiting for us when we pulled-up but we forgot to agree a price before accepting. 90-minutes wasn't quite enough
We had an excellent experience. The driver turned up on time, having phoned to confirm an hour before. He was very kind and helpful, we stopped for a break on the way and then didn't rush us as we enjoyed Fatehpur Sikri. His car was clean and comfortable with seatbelts. He drove smoothly and steadily. He dropped us off at our accomodation no problem. Perfect! Thank you.
It was the most scariest experience! I had to ask the driver multiple times to slow down, he was driving like crazy and we almost had an accident …multiple times… I have been in many places and I like the speed but this was really an unsafe experience.. I don’t recommend this company
The driver was good and polite. In fact very good as per indian standards. Using service for Jaipur to delhi also
