A massive thank you to the My First Paella team for such an excellent cooking and dining experience! We felt incredibly well looked after from the very beginning and really enjoyed the tour of the local market, followed by welcome tapas and sangria when we arrived at the kitchen. The cooking experience itself was both fun and informative, giving us a great insight into the different stages involved in creating an authentic paella using fresh, local ingredients. The whole experience was relaxed, engaging, and a great way to learn more about Valencian food and culture. What a great experience. From shopping for ingredients and learning the correct way to cook Paella. Micheal shows you how to make sangria and Anna how to have patience while cooking Paella (don’t forget the salt after every ingredient added). Highly recommend.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Th group and the chefs met at the mercat. We learned great and "secret" tips about making Paella. We are so happy to have Jaime, the chef. He was knowledgeable and sweet. We met new people from other countries and exchange social media page. The vibe was excellent. We all participated in making the Paella ans ate tapas and drank sangria, which by the way, it was so good. At the end, we had coffee and desert. Great time!
