Zuerst führt Sie Ihr ortskundiger Reiseleiter zum Mercado Central de Valencia – Europas größtem Lebensmittelmarkt. Hier kaufen Sie Ihre frischen Zutaten. Bei Abendtouren und Touren am Sonntag ist der Zentralmarkt geschlossen, daher überspringen wir diesen Schritt und gehen direkt zum Kochen über! Anschließend gehen Sie in die Paella-Küche, um an einem Live-Paella-Workshop mit einem professionellen Koch teilzunehmen. Folgen Sie Schritt für Schritt an Ihrer eigenen Kochstation und lernen Sie die lokalen Tipps und Tricks, die dieses Gericht so besonders machen. Lehnen Sie sich nach dem Kurs zurück und genießen Sie lokale Tapas, Wein und natürlich Ihre ganz eigene Paella. This class was such a blast, the paella we made was delicious and the drinks and tapas offered were excellent. Pau was a great guide and made the experience very pleasant. We are two girls in our 20s and despite being the youngest group in the class we had so much fun, I would recommend this for ANY age range. You will have fun no matter what.
The classes just like the description says. You end up well fed with plenty of good wine. Victor seems to genuinely enjoy sharing his knowledge about paella.
We are a family of four (two teenagers), this was the perfect activity for the four of us. Even my son who was dubious to start with enjoyed it and took it very seriously in the end! Victor was very knowledgeable and made it lots of fun. Mimi explained the wines and kept us topped up. Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommend and great value.
Juan and Cormac did a great job! We had a great evening with delicious tapas and good wine. Everyone cooked a delicious paella; we were guided step by step perfectly. We had a lovely evening with nice people. Absolutely recommended!

Wow, what an unforgettable evening with Dani! We’ve been coming to Valencia for several years, and this was without doubt the best experience we’ve ever had. Dani was an exceptional host. His English was excellent, and his passion for Valencia, its culture, and the history behind Spanish cuisine—especially paella—made the whole experience so engaging. From meeting in the square to cooking and then enjoying the paella we’d prepared ourselves, every part of the evening was perfectly organised and thoroughly enjoyable. Along the way, we were treated to delicious homemade tapas, dessert, and plenty of wine, making it feel like a truly authentic Spanish experience rather than just a cooking class. If you’re visiting Valencia and want to do something memorable, authentic, and great value for money, don’t hesitate to book this experience. It was the highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend Dani highly enough!
