I would like to start off when I was supposed to be pick up . Me and my family had to wait a hour to be picked up from our hotel which was crazy . We were supposed to go to Dunn river falls and blue hole and he only took us to dunns river falls . There’s no signs up telling you how dangerous the rocks our underneath the water . In which I fell and hurt myself . There’s people all over the place trying to bribe you into buying stuff . The scenery was beautiful but the excursion is very dangerous so please be careful .
Hi Whitney We are sorry that you feel Dunn's River Falls is dangerous and that you may have hurt yourself on the rocks at Dunn's River Falls. However we disagree with your view of the event. Your driver arrived 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time and thats because he was delayed at the hotel gate by security and couldn't get onto the premises. Our tracker confirms that you waited 10 minutes and not 1 hour. Also contrary to what you said, the driver did take you to Blue Hole, but you refused to pay the entry fee and asked to be taken straight to Dunn's River Falls instead. The rest of the review regarding Dunn's River Falls not having sign post of how dangerous the rocks are underneath the water is not a reflection on us. Dangerous rocks underneath the water is something that you can discuss directly with Dunn's River Falls as you have paid them your entry fee directly. To be frank, I can see the car tracking details which shows that you were picked approx 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The driver did mention to us that you intended to request a refund and make a complain because you did not expected to pay to enter Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls, a fact that was clearly disclosed when the tour was booked. We are really sorry if you didn't have the best of experience at Dunn's River Falls, but it would also be right that you reconsider your review and withdraw it as it's not a true reflection of the service we provided you.
