From the start to the finish we were entrapped. We learnt how to make 4 different coffees with a fabulous teacher, Sarah! She was amazing, with history, fun and instruction. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
Could not recommend this coffee experience highly enough. Had great fun going solo as part of a group of 11 from various parts of the world, got to make 4 different Vietnamese coffees from scratch and got a handy recipe book to take home. Sarah (Ngan) was a great instructor, very knowledgeable and gave us great tips.
I highly recommend this workshop. We learnt all about the 4 major coffee drinks and how to make them. Sarah or Ngan (I am sorry if I got the name wrong) was just wonderful!! She was such a patient instructor and very skilled at showing us how to make the different drinks. We were very impressed and grateful for the tips she gave us while making the coffee. Thank you, Sarah for a great experience. We had so much coffee that day. We also got a nice certificate as a barista (which is nice) and also a book to help us reproduce the drinks in the future.
Great fun! Made 4 different Vietnamese coffee drinks. Instructor was fun and informative. Definitely recommend
A very nice leader, good explanation, tips and very delicious coffee. Was a super nice round, nice air-conditioned room, everything well prepared and organized. Thank you so much!
It was super fun! Make sure too eat enough before so you don't get shaky
We've been flipped! Of the best experiences. We're very coffee makers, and we're hooked on egg and salt coffee. We loved learning how to prepare it, and our hostess explained many interesting facts, as well as teaching us great. THANK YOU SO MUCH ⭐️
Anyone who enjoy Coffee, trist is a must. For everybody eller, you should really give it a try. She was fantastic and whole experience is great
All in all, this was a really great experience. The instructor was super friendly and explained everything clearly and patiently. It was a bigger group, but for the price it’s completely fair. The coffee tasted amazing, the quality was great, the AC worked well, and the room and utensils were clean. Finding the place: The location is in a small alley. Outside there’s a sign saying “The Provincial Cooking Class”. You go inside and then up to the 2nd floor. However – one important point about the vegan option: I booked this course because it stated that vegan options are available if requested. There was no way to contact the team beforehand, so I spoke to the instructor at the beginning of the class. Egg coffee obviously doesn’t work vegan, which I expected. For the Cà Phê Muối, the cream was vegan, which was great. However, there was no vegan condensed milk or any other non-dairy alternative available. The only option was using coconut milk the entire time. The “vegan option” basically meant just leaving out dairy, with nothing to properly sweeten the coffee (only honey and regular condensed milk were provided). My suggestion: – Offer vegan condensed milk (e.g. from Vinamilk) – Clearly communicate that egg coffee is not possible vegan – Or remove the vegan option from the description to avoid confusion That said, I was still really happy with the course 🤍 You get a small recipe book at the end, which is a lovely touch. Tip: Eat something beforehand and bring water. ^^
A very pleasant experience pity that was not in Spanish. We learned to make the four most basic coffees. In fact the last one is very basic condensed latte but the egg coffee and salt coffee I found spectacular
