Unsere „Farben von Damnoen Saduak“-Tour ist eine entspannte Fahrradfahrt von Damnoen Saduak durch den Distrikt Amphawa. Die Tour beginnt mit einer Fahrt im Langboot und einem Besuch des berühmtesten schwimmenden Marktes von Thailand. Zurück an Land geht es über schöne und schattige Pfade vorbei an typischen Thai-Häusern, an Tempeln und landwirtschaftlichen Dörfern. Wir machen in einem gemütlichen Restaurant am Flussufer Halt und genießen dort ein köstliches Mittagessen im Amphawa-Stil.

Der schwimmende Markt in Damnoen Saduak ist der berühmteste schwimmende Markt Thailands und wird von vielen Touristen besucht.
Jahrhunderte alter Tempel, eingehüllt in die Wurzeln eines Banyan-Baumes. Ein heiliger Tempel für Thailänder und ziemlich einzigartig. Alle Statuen einschließlich des Hauptbuddha sind mit Blattgold geschmückt. Ein Besuch wert, wenn Sie in der Gegend sind.
Sehr schöne Tempelanlage in der Nähe des Flusses mit vielen alten Statuen. Ein echter buddhistischer Tempel mit echten praktizierenden Mönchen, die man fühlen kann, wenn man fühlen kann :) Jederzeit.
Der schwimmende Markt in Amphawa wird hauptsächlich von Thailändern besucht, um eine Auswahl an Lebensmitteln zu erhalten, die man hier kaufen kann. Dieser Markt ist nur an Wochenenden und manchmal an Nationalfeiertagen geöffnet. Wenn offen absolut wert, anzuhalten und ein paar Snacks zu probieren.
Hier wartet unser Auto darauf, dass wir uns nach Bangkok zurückbringen. Je nach Zeitpunkt können wir einen Spaziergang durch den Park machen oder einfach unseren Rückweg nach Bangkok antreten.

We had a brilliant day with an exceptional guide. It was basically a private tour. The floating and railway markets were amazing experiences and we sampled many local fruits and sweets. The lunch was excellent provided by a hotel restaurant and followed by a pleasant bike ride through coconut plantations. Our guide was attentive and informative.

This trip we saw the train market, the floating market and the pomelo orchards. It was glorious. The boat ride and the riding around the orchards was so fun. The guides were great!

Wow, so many reasons to book with Thailand Biking. First of all, the communication is seamless. Response time between website booking and email communication is very quick. I was also able to communicate with Andre on What's App once we were traveling. Our guides, Fern and Bas, were on time for picking us up and right away we felt comfortable with them and became fast friends. There were 6 of us in our group (family, all adults). Everywhere we went, Fern and Bas were very knowledgeable and shared lots of information. They also added extra fun, based on our interests, whenever they could. They were so kind and patient helping me add to my Thai language skills. The itinerary for the tour was jam-packed with fun and education; we saw the floating markets and the train market as well as a few local spots while riding our bikes around rural areas. Fern and Bas always made sure we were well-fed and hydrated. We had so much fun on this trip with Fern and Bas that I booked another trip for two days later to Ayutthaya (which we were going to do independently but it was much better with them!). I highly recommend a tour with Thailand Biking. They are extremely professional and devoted to making sure you have a good time, learn a bit about the area you are in, and stay safe while doing it.

Amm was a very nice and competent guide. He showed us interesting places, we learned a lot of interesting things about Thailand and we had a lot of fun. As Damnoen Saduak is the most famous floating market in Thailand not only for Chinese but also for Thai to spend the time with their family. The food there is amazing and not as pricey as in Bangkok. We hope you have seen things differently from Bangkok. Also we understand about the weather, even for Thai is still hot. I recommend you to drink the water as much as possible, that would help you.
