Will was a great chef instructor made the class super simple and easy. Very clean and organized. Was nice to have good conversations with him and other people.
I didn’t know I needed homemade warm bagels in my life until this class. The class was informative and fun. Everyone was able to make three bagels with your choice of topping so we were able to take some home with us. This was a fun and unique experience.
This was even more amazing than I'd hoped it would be! My husband and son and I thought the teacher was fun and helpful and made the process easy.
A really fun way to learn how to do a new skill unique to Montreal. Good for beginners and advanced bakers alike, all seemed to have fun. The step by step instructions and setup were clear and made it very easy to follow. The instructor kept it light and fun while explaining the mechanics behind the ingredients and the process. Also had fun getting to know some of the other participants in the class. Best of all, you all get to share in enjoying bagels at the end!
